Rixos was beautiful at the entrance, only common are lobby was exciting and welcoming

At the reception staff were rude and not customer focused, after long check in , when we got the room , room was so small even we booked deluxe with city view , they gave us room view to neighbor building, room accessories was old and dirty and used so many many times that became visible from outside and inside as a teapot, lamp , dirty carpet on the floor was disgusting etc They put there is a balcony in deluxe room , in fact hotel does not have balcony and it’s just window I don’t recommend to book this ancient style hotel ,even its 5 star, better look something new ! Quality of service and ambiance doesn’t worth the price !

Useless clowns on reception. Fire them all it's a shame. They simply didn't let me in to my VIP room (even tho my gf was waiting for me there) 0 security level. Literally anyone can come with Wi-Fi Pineapple and steal all the traffic from their public networks. So did I but they didn't seem to care at all. If you have some respect for yourself and value your time and privacy don't even bother with Rixos.

Stairs in the room are not safe at all and could lead to very dangerous injuries. food quality is very low in restaurant. Delivery time of food when you order from restaurant takes very long time (one hour for sandwiches)

The building and facilities are magnificent. Rooms were spectacular, bedroom, sitting room, dining room two bathrooms all AC. Top quality furniture even a classic writing desk.

check-in was slow. Post Ordering food took a long time for the food to arrive and a long time to get the Bill. Breakfast quality not so good Sausages not good at all. Coffee machine is not of good enough quality.

Breakfast buffet is excellent! Location is very convenient, with park next to it for walks

The room wasn't cleaned daily, even with sign on. I had to ask 2 times to do it.

rooms are old, style is old, the water in the shower and in the toilet don’t go away.

Room service fillet steak was excellent but let down twice with unavailable preferred rocket salad and/or soup. Quality varied from Friday night to Saturday night-Friday excellent subject to above, however Saturday soup like porridge and steak sauce poor-Other n that breakfast was guid and service pretty guid. You need a check list for house daily maintenance. Not one bedside or desk lamp light working - Not a big deal but with a little more attention could be excellent. Having said that the lamps were fixed immediately I reported their non function so thumbs up fae your lads there.
