Es cerca de todo, se puede ir caminando a todos lados!! Es exageradamente bien ubicado a pesar de que la zona en la que está no es bonita!! Llegas en menos de 10 minutos caminando a los restaurantes buenos, a la marina, a los sitios de fiesta, a todo!!!

En general todo es muy malo, no hay aire sino en el comedor y la habitación, no asean bien las habitaciones y no tienden las camas, estiran las cobijas es muy desagradable, si estás en la piscina te puedes morir de sed y nadie pasa por ahí a ofrecerte algo, se oye todo entre las habitaciones y además el personal del hotel pasa gritando por los pasillos desde las 6:30am llamamos a quejarnos y de igual forma lo siguieron haciendo, es imposible descansar y el domingo a primera hora es como tener las campanas de la iglesia en tu cuarto, las toallas son de un color muy desagradable porque ya están muuuy viejas, sólo hubo agua tibia el primer día de resto fría siempre, las canecas de la basura estaban dañadas, la del baño tocaba abrirlas con la mano y la del cuarto nunca cerraba, no había silla para el escritorio, no tienen jabonera entonces es abres el jabón y tienes que dejarlo en el papel de envoltura todo el tiempo, no ponen crema de cuerpo, una noche tuvimos que bajar tres veces porque no podíamos entrar al cuarto y era porque la cerradura se quedó sin bateria, mientras encontraban cómo abrir aguantamos un calor absurdo en el pasillo porque como comenté antes no hay aire acondicionado. Cuando llegamos el hotel estaba desocupado y aunque veníamos con ropa de Bogotá y teniendo que trabajar todo el día, pedimos ayuda para poder tener el cuarto antes ya que el calor era muy fuerte y dijeron que no!! Es absurdo si el hotel estaba desocupado y la habitación ya estaba disponible, llegamos a las 7am y tuvimos que estar derretidas de calor hasta muy tarde! Sólo Patricia la Gerente de Ventas que es muy amable, trató de solucionar los inconvenientes y estuvo pendiente de nosotras!

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de restaurantes y bares. Me gusto el desayuno, la atención muy buena y las habitaciones bastante grandes y comodas.

La ubicación está perfecta, puedes coger transporte público para los lugares más turísticos sin problema alguno. El bufet de desayunó muy rico y el personal atento.

El ruido de las demás habitaciones se escuchaba mucho, al final hicieron doble cobro por impuesto, recomendable salir con tiempo ya que si se les presenta lo mismo puedes demorar minutos vitales para coger el vuelo para tu ciudad destino.

The pool and restaurant terrace had an incredible view! The staff were all so nice and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaning and restaurant/bar staff. The inside of the hotel has cool decor and was clean and easy to get around. Front desk helped us plan things to do and get us taxis. I have traveled a lot and this felt like a more upscale hostel - easy to get in and out of, right in the middle of town. Vibes on the terrace were cool in the morning and at night. Bar was open late and served good strong drinks.

Food at the restaurant wasn't really impressive. Breakfast wasn't much but it was okay. Location of the hotel is a little odd- it's right in the middle of town, it does not feel like a tourist center or resort area at all. No problem with me, if you have been in Latin America outside of Americanized zones it's nothing crazy. It's not sketchy. But if you're expecting an Americanized resort area you will be surprised when you get to the front door. Shower wasn't very hot.

The location is very central. The staff is extremely helpful.

The room did not meet our expectations. The rooms could be re-furnished.

The central location, the large, comfortable rooms, the 6th floor bar views at sunset. Friendly, helpful staff. Also, they kindly allowed an early check-in... twice! The hotel is a few minutes walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants too.

The view from the terrace was beautiful, breakfast was amazing, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Gladys helped us take some amazing pictures on the terrace.
