The interior design is beautiful, the Pousada is very clean and they take good care of it. The bed was huge! Staff are friendly, and it is really close to Taxi’s or Sucupira Mercado where you can get Aluguers.

It can be loud as it in central, and there are lots of restaurants around. At night there is some really nice live music at restaurant opposite. Not really a problem for me, but if you are sensitive to sound you might ask for a room at the back of the Pousada.

wifi… yes there is wifi but it was too weak to extend to my room; to access, I had to leave the room and go into the courtyard. boosters needed…

Helpful manger with our car hire issue. Very kindly helped as spoke perfect English on phone for us.. Big bed, spacious room. Great location.

The place was perfectly clean, the bed was comfortable and the location brillant. Even thoufh we arrived late at night we were still welcomed warmly.

Comfortable enough and great location

Never had hot water. Told the manager and it never changed. Morning, noon and night 3 days of barely warm water. Mornings can be chilly so it was difficult. Loud and nosey. No windows in our room.

Except for the hotel director the staff seemed a bit distracted and not very interested in the guests. But everything did work and any questions were answered.

Beautiful building. Huge room. Great location, close to a few restaurants, sights and a market where you'll find fresh vegetables, fruits, fish... Room had aircon. They stored our luggage free of charge for a couple of hours on the day we left.

The beautiful atmosphere of the Pousada. It’s truly a Boutique Hotel full of charm and the staff is welcoming and always available to help. Plateau is the most charming neighborhood of Praia and the Pedonal street is vibrant during the day and peaceful at night.

I organised a pick up from the airport days ahead, they still didn't come till I called them. Little attention to their guests.

the property is simple, yet it had it’s own unique style. the rooms where pretty good and clean and equipped with airco unit. For breakfast, which was included in the offering, they work with a nice place ont the opposite of the venue called Kaza Katxupa. breakfast was good with fresh fruit and a choice of various typical local breakfast items. all the staff where very nice and helpful when you need them.

There wasn’t much to dislike considering the the price point and what you get for the money. some would argue the lack of an outside facing window, but the rooms had an indoor facing window which voor broodmes facing the buildings atrium. Furthermore the venue is located on a busy street on the plateau. no cars are allowed there, but sometime you could here live music from neighboring bars and restaurants, but isn’t that part of the fun? but I could imagine that one could be bothered when your very tired.
