The apartment was modern ,comfy, immaculate and had everything you needed. The outside had a lovely peaceful garden to relax in..

There wasn't anything we didn't like, everything was spot on.

Great location. Next to a park and silent. Also maximum 10 minutes slow walk from the old town. Host was kind and answered our questions whenever we had any. The apartment is spacious and there is a lot of storage. There is an excellent walk-in shower and also neat mirrors around the appartment. The 2 air conditioner units helped a lot with the heat during the day.

The roof is tilted so watch your head. This is especially important in the bedroom where you need to remember not to stand up straight when getting out of bed. Having said this, this is clear from the pictures and is expected in this type of building (loft)

Great quiet location only ten minutes walk to bridge to old town. Marina area just minutes through park. Exceptionally clean and comfortable apartment. Good quality bed linen too. Lovely private garden seating area at front.

We stayed at the smaller apartment on ground floor for 2-3 people and it looked exactly as on photos. Everything was extremely clean and we appreciated all the small details and touches around the apartment, such as tea bags, salt and pepper (we didn’t have to buy whole pack for one meal), they had a small coffee machine there as well. Also the bathroom was spacious and very nice, there was also makeup removal water. The apartment has also a cute seating area in front of it. The last but not least the host was very nice and friendly which made as feel very comfortable and welcomed!

Really lovely, spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need. Stefan has certainly thought about his guests' comfort and various requirements and has catered for them all. He ensures you have all the local information to hand for your arrival, stay and departure - excellent communications throughout. Stefan kindly put us in contact with a local taxi firm for transfers. The self check in/out was perfect for our late arrival and early departure. The apartment is spotless and has been laid out perfectly to a high spec. Set on the edge of a park (10 mins walk to the centre) where it's nice and peaceful. Definitely would recommend and would choose The Park Apartments again without hesitation.

Fantastic stay in Zadar. Very convinient apartament, spotlessly clean, very well equipped (including kitchen utensils, Coffee maker, bathroom essentials etc). Very friendly and helpful host, who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and easy. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back. Thank you Stefan!

Everything was perfect!

Apartament with amazing design. Some very thoughtful extras from the host like: cold water and beers in the fridge, coffee tabs for espresso machine, olive oil, spices, cotton pads and micellar water in the bathroom etc. Nice manual for guests and some good books to read :) Location very good - nice 5 min walk to city centre but in quiet location. Will be happy to come back.

Everything was great. Lovely comfy bed, aircon in livingroom and bedroom, big tv with Netflix which had already been set up in different languages. Very thoughtful and considerate.

Only minor this is that there was no balcony but there was still an outdoor space for us to use with chairs etc so really not a minus.

Location very accessible to the walking bridge and Old Town. Stefan and his mother were very quick to respond to questions about the apartment and immediately replaced the coffee maker. Very nice amenities in the apartment. Other than for the sloped ceiling in the bedroom, a very comfortable apartment.
