We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very well situated and lovely. The staff are very attentive. The hotel was very responsive with questions that I sent to them in advance of our arrival. The room was clean and we had a nice view of the river.

The food is very traditional Japanese and doesn't really cater for vegetarians. What is provided is exquisite but will not necessarily suit all tastes.

Breakfast and Dinner included, both fantastic.

The place is just so amazing! The location, the room, the staff, the hot spring, the service, the dinner and breakfast all made our time so special in Hakone, highly recommended!

Our room was very well equipped with four comfortable twin beds, nice bathroom and an open-air bath. The included dinner and breakfast were exquisite and the food was nicely presented. My family especially enjoyed the private onsen that we were able to use both in the evening and in the morning before check-out. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

The separate room where the toilet is located could have some soap for handwashing.

lovely hotel a mix of traditional Japanese style rooms with some western touches. The onset is amazing and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Balcony outside the room had an open air onsen water bath which was lush.

My partner and I are both vegan, for the dinner service we were served an amazing vegetable hotpot which we could not fault. Unfortunately we could not eat the breakfast as even the few items that were vegan were touching meat or fish. if we were not vegan there wouldn’t be any issues.

The Onzen is the best as they also provide the private rooms. Food is amazing, really an authentic Japanese foods. The staff is really nice and helpful with planning trip to each attraction. The thing that I would recommend this hotel to everyone who visit Hakone is the facilities of this hotel is excellent. They provide free drink, free coffee, they even provide self-dripped coffee machine. Amazing!! Guarantee to reserve this place again if visit Hakone.
