The room had double fans and no AC that made the room warm in the aftenoon. Just be aware many rooms in Holland have no AC in the hot summer months.

There are many complaints. Even in the beginning, the landlords instructed us to use a digital key to get into the appartment at the arrival, but it didn't work. Only after some difficulties the problem was solved. Immediately after our arrival, we found the air in the Studio RoSa to be stale und hardly breathable for us (I even got pains in my breast). I suspect that detergents containing substances doing no good to me and my friend might have been used, although neither of us had ever experienced such problems with detergents before. As only one little window can be opened (and this not even fully), there was not enough circulation of air to solve the problem quickly. Therefore, we had to find another, albeit exceedingly expensive, accomodation and essentially forfeited the money we had paid in advance. What we found were but different hotels for each of the two nights that we were staying at Nijmegen, so we used the Studio RoSa only for a few minutes to change our clothes between one check-out and one check-in. Furthermore, the WLAN-password communicated in the "welcome map" was accepted neither by my nor my friend's browser. Finally, the bedsheets were clean but the top sheet was covered with long dark hair. For these reasons, our verdict is: unacceptable.

Nice, well equipped and near to downtownn or railway station if your plans are to get to another places. The private parking lot is the highest asset in our opinion. The hosts very discreet, in fact, we didn't know each other in eight days.

Minor things that doesn't count in the end. We love to come back again in Nijmegen and RoSa will be our first choice.

The location was perfect, by the train and city center, easy walking to everything.

bathroom is shared, you had to download an app to unlock the front door (not tourist friendly), far from the centre, weird vibe

Location excellent, very near to station and the centre. Lovely comfortable room (Lily Room) with kitchen facilities and bathroom down the hall which was shared with one other room. We will be back!

Two very sweet appartements, that share hallway and toilet. I had the chance to see both rooms and they are both lovely decorated.
