Great staff - I had to cancel my original booking the night before the stay because the concert I wanted to come for was cancelled. They had mercy with me and agreed that I come on the new concert date instead, without extra costs. Thank you so much!!! The hotel itself is nice, too. Well-equipped room, quiet, a comfy bed, a welcome wine and coffee for free.

It was a great stay and the people at the reception made us feel very well as they helped us get accustomed to the hotel and the room and were kind to hold our car in the parking for a few extra hours after check-out.

I normally don't write reviews but I had an amazing stay at the oranjestaete. The room, size of the room, cleanliness was amazing. Very friendly check in service and the location is great. You can walk straight into the city within 2 minutes. I was attending a wedding in Nijmegen and the taxi we ordered didn't show up. The owner of the hotel was kind of enough to drop me himself for me to be on time at the wedding. Never experienced such great service. I would recommend this hotel to everyone that is going to visit Nijmegen.

Small things: * a full length mirror (perhaps stick it inside the wardrobe) would be nice * instead of providing 5 dental sets, perhaps a small bottle of body lotion ?
