the location was not found in google map it was difficult to reach the egyptian staff at the reciption was not cooperative , there was no tissue when we arrived only one packet with few tissues we asked him to bring more he said he cant give more than one !! even for the bathroom!!! after arguments he agreed to give us more also he asked for more money although we paid through apple pay for the whole stay i will never repeat this experience again

The bedroom was very cozy, location was excellent, staff was very cooperative and friendly 😀

Bathroom facility wasn't up to the mark, heater wasn't working well and less supply of accessories like slippers and soaps

The hotel has a nice atmosphere, the staff were great especially Mr mlahwi he was very helpful

Great location. A nice park just outside the house. Mosque is very near. My stay was 4 nights but shortened to 3 nights - they politely paid me back one day charge - really good :).

Door lock was a key / not card, toilet lock was not working.

I have stayed one day and they have not provided towels and water bottles.

Facilities are not good.

Its clean and comfortable

The electric stove is not functioning.

Great Location : just opposite a clean and good park and near to a beautiful mosque.

the double bed mattress was good. Small bed mattress and showers can be better / improved.
