House was very clean and well maintained and in a great location! Owner was very accommodating! Would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic time in this well kept, spacious home in a great location! The fenced in side yard is great for small kids, and the mattresses might be the most comfortable in Ocean City! The owners were easy to rent from and gave detailed instructions, and responded immediately to any inquires before and during the trip. We are looking forward to renting this home again!

The location is perfect and the house layout is perfect for a larger family. We’ll be back.

This house was beautiful, clean and so well stocked! Our family planned a last min getaway and we were very lucky to find this. The parking was awesome and the location was convent to everything. We will definitely be vacationing here again!

This house is absolutely perfect for your trip to OC. There is parking for 2 or 3 cars in the garage & driveway. The house is right next to 10th street which is about 5 blocks away from exactly the middle of the boardwalk and right near the bathrooms which is a great location to set your beach gear down if you are visiting with small children. House is a nice setup with the bedrooms on 3 separate floors. There are 4 sets of stairs (not full flights) between the levels when you come in from the garage. We like this setup because it made all the bedrooms private for multiple bed times with kids. There are baby gates in the garage if you need to block stairs. The house is stocked so well! They thought of everything. The garage had at least 6 beach chairs, beach cart, umbrellas, sand toys, adult sized bicycles, boogie/skim boards, and a second full fridge and freezer. The kitchen had more than we’ve ever seen in a rental. Baking sheets, blender, mixing bowls, cutting boards, coffee pot & Keurig, ice maker, can opener, peeler, scissors, and much more. The laundry room had plenty of detergent and closets had board games, puzzles, and extra blankets. Outdoor shower was super convenient and they have a small fenced in yard which is basically unheard of in OC. There’s a really nice dining table out there too. Front porch also has a smaller dining table perfect for morning coffee. I have a lot more to say but running out of space - overall we loved this house! Highly recommend!

Our week in Ocean City was perfect! This house is a short walk to the beach and right in the center of everything! The house itself has plenty of room for an extended family. (We had 6 adults and two children.) It is well equipped with all cooking supplies, pots, pans, etc. we usually cook a few meals so this was great! And if you don’t want to lug your own towels, sheets, and beach stuff – they have it all there!! Communication with Joe and Chris was great! They got back to us right away to answer any questions we had. We had a great stay!

Spacious home. Beautifully updated. Great layout. Garage is loaded with beach essentials and bikes! Extra fridge in garage. Huge outdoor shower. Christine responded promptly with any questions. We had a wonderful couple of days. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

We had a wonderful long weekend and I would highly recommend this rental to everyone. The batteries in the smoke detector died upon our arrival and Chris went above and beyond to accommodate us. She was consistently available and extremely pleasant to work with. The layout of the house was amazing for our group. There are essentially 3 floors of bedrooms which created the perfect amount of privacy. The place was clean and just perfect for us. Thank you for a great stay!

This was one of our favorite places we have stayed in OCNJ over the past few years. It was very clean, plenty of space inside and outside for multiple families, and had everything you could possibly need for your trip. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

We’ve been vacationing in OCNJ since I was a kid and now I love coming back with my parents, husband, and our children. You can easily see from the photos and description that the house is well maintained, stocked, and decorated AND it’s in a great location, but there are a couple things worth mentioning that aren’t as apparent from the listing. First, the layout: with four staggered floors, the noise throughout the house is drastically reduced, plus you don’t need to worry about little running feel disturbing any downstairs neighbors. Second, there is a side yard — a YARD in OC. It’s not huge but it’s fenced in and has a beautiful large dining table and umbrella, so it’s great for an outdoor meal or even just for kids to kick a ball around. Lastly, the garage was the most well stocked I’ve ever seen, with adult bikes in great condition, skim boards, nice beach chairs and plenty of sand toys. A+ all around!

Our family absolutely loved our stay in Ocean City. The home is very spacious and extremely clean. We were able to walk to the boardwalk, the beach, and the shops/restaurants on Asbury.

Great home for my family and friends. The house was very clean and the layout gave everyone plenty of space. There are many nice stores and attractions near by and the beach was a short walk. I parked my car in the garage and never moved it all week. Owner was very responsive and helpful as well..great trip

Stayed here with my extended family and we really enjoyed it! The house is very big and there was plenty of room for all of us. Having a fenced-in side yard was awesome and our 2 year-old really loved it! The garage with a second fridge and additional beach supplies / toys was a great addition as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Could not have chosen a better house with a great location. House had all the comforts of home and more. The home was a short walk to everything. Tennis courts, beach, and shopping. Chris answered all my questions I had very quickly. A must stay home when in OCNJ.

Perfect location! Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation home away from home.

This was our first family vacation for a week with 3 generations together and the house was a perfect fit. We especially appreciated 3 full baths plus outdoor shower. The kitchen was built for a crowd and completely outfitted for eating in. The house was just as cool on the 3rd floor as the 1st. Location was perfect for downtown shopping and boardwalk amusements with a Kohr’s stand right on the corner. We were very impressed with the sand chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, skimmers and a cart to carry it all! Thanks to the owners who thought of everything to make guests want to return.

Your home is beautiful and exceeded our expectations! The layout is perfect for families as there is a space for everyone to relax and play games, watch TV or just hang out. The pictures do not do justice to the size of the rooms - they are very spacious and everything you would need is available. We had two small children with us and the bedrooms are removed from the main living space so that the noise of adults was not an issue. However; the beach is about 4 blocks away and with toddlers to carry, plan on staying on the beach until you return at the end of the day. We are already planning our next visit and will stay here again. Thank you for a lovely time!

I traveled with my family of adult children and one significant other. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, we had plenty of room to sleep, relax, shower, etc. without getting on top of each other. Loved the layout of this home and the proximity to some of our favorite OCNJ places - like the Varsity Inn, Hobby Horse, Manco & Manco - everything was an easy walk! And the space for cars (at the beginning of the week we had three there) was awesome!

The house is right where you want to be. Our ages ranged from 25 to 85. Close to the beach and boardwalk and the Asbury shops and Starbucks!! The house had plenty of room for all of us, and gave everyone enough space to accommodate quiet time. Bikes and carts and plenty of beach gear to go around. Beach tags were provided and we would rent again. The owners answered any questions that we had.

We truly enjoyed staying in this home during our trip to Ocean City, NJ. The home was newer, clean and comfortable. With only a few blocks to the Boardwalk, we were able to enjoy everything the city has to offer; including the yummy ice cream place around the corner. I would stay in this house again. Very roomy which provided plenty of space for all seven of us. Had lots of accessories for us to enjoy as well - beach tags, beach toys, chairs, grill, bikes, and board games.

The place has a lot of charm and is very spacious. The outdoor shower is also a Great feature.

Very nice property, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Townhouse setting good for noise since bedrooms are on three levels. Kitchen awesome which lends to great family time! Garage holds bikes, beach chairs, toys and carts while allowing 2 cars to park inside. Outside shower is great for little sandy feet! Fenced in side yard allows to children to play without worrying about the street.

Had a great week and enjoyed the home. Will consider staying at this home again.

What a great rental!! We rented off-season to attend our neices wedding. Eight of us were more than comfortable - as others have said, the house is much bigger than the pictures make it look. Chris was quick to respond to all my communication and accommodated a few things we asked about. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we needed a place to stay in the area.

Our family had an amazing experience staying at this property. It is centrally located and within walking distance of everything including, beach, boardwalk, groceries, etc. The house is clean and modern but still has that beachy charm that you look for when vacationing "down the shore". It is equipped with everything that you would need for a relaxing trip to OCNJ. The owner Chris was attentive, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. We are already planning our next stay here in the summer of 2017!

This was our third year renting the Dickson's beach house. It is in a perfect location and offers plenty of room for our multiple families. The "special" touches make us feel like we are home at the beach! We absolutely love all the room in the garage for parking, strollers, beach carts and extra bikes. The outside shower works so well for those sandy kids and adults too! The fenced side yard is great for kid play without worrying about the street. The porches offer plenty of room for after-beach cocktails or for some quiet time away. Chris and Joe feel like family and we will certainly be back in June of 2017! The Magee's.

This property is absolutely perfect for a beach vacation, especially with young children. We had 4 adults and 3 kids under the age of 4, and found that we had everything we could possibly need. The house is very well appointed, tastefully decorated, and nicely sized. The owners are very responsive and friendly, making the whole process a pleasure. The location is perfect for access to the beach, boardwalk, and shopping. All in all, we couldn't be happier, and would recommend this rental 100%.
