Convenient location once you got your bearings. Good value for money. Due to a disability they were able to accommodate my needs eventually! But I wouldn't say the hotel was disability friendly.

Not so friendly staff on first arrival..maybe tired As late night arrival. Rooms were hot...no aircon....bathroom lights were annoying as you couldn't just turn them off..so at night kept you awake.

Nice common areas, clean rooms, pool, helpful staff.

Kitchen was a little dirty and chaotic, not enough fridges for such a big place. Beds don't have curtains, so take a sleep mask.

The location of the hostel is fantastic. It is 5 min away from the Central station and Tivoli Gardens. An 8-minute bike ride will take you to Rosenborg Castle and Christiansborg Palace. The place is very clean and it has multiple facilities such as an indoor pool, gym, a kitchen and common room with board games, arcades and billards that make longer stays very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and each bed has a personal locker for the luggage. You can also rent a bike from the hostel and use it as a transportation around the city. The staff is extremely helpful. The check-in and check-out was super fast and easy to do. The hostel offers personal luggage lockers before or after check-in/-out if you need a place to leave your bags.

The kitchen could have more places to sit and more ovens/stoves.

Everything about the stay was excellent. The dormitories are of high quality, and many services were provided alongside the hotel stay, such as towels (replaced every four days), shampoo/soap etc. I also used the gym facilities which were of expected quality, desk service 24/7 and many activities during the night to allow you to bond with fellow visitors. Satisfactory WiFi speed, and some desks in the lobby to allow people to work.

My only gripe is that upon my arrival, the floors were pretty dirty and remained so throughout my three-day stay. Also, this is a subjective nitpick, but for my bed, the soft pillow makes it harder for me to sleep as I prefer more solid pillows.

The hotel stuff is very friendly and the location in the city is very good.

This hotel is something like a vertical campground. I liked the common spaces and the bike rental service, although the person renting them was not nice at all.

I think my 2 seconds decathlon tent is more comfortable than the room I slept in (for 100+EUR/night), which has super tiny spaces and small beds. Staff is unfriendly... as if they were making you a big favour every time you request any kind of service or help.

Bon emplacement, proche de la gare et du centre, tout se fait a pied, mais le metro et à 2 min si besoin. À 5 min du super parc Tivoli. Beaucoup de services, souvent payant mais pour peu. Bonne animations et bonne ambiance. Chambre petite mais fonctionnel

Manque un peu de propreté, le ménage n'est pas fait avec la plus grande attention.

The pool and the location.

The American sounding lady at the reception was so rude. the drain in both the shower and the sink were not working properly with water accumulating on them. really gross. No toilet brush! why?? No room service/telephone means you do need to get down to reception to get anything. like there was not even a glass for water in the room. And the tiny tap made it really uncomfortable to wash hands

The Atmosphere, was really nice. helpful personal and some great activities.

Missed an iron to my shirts.

This hostel has a great location and comfortable, well-ventilated rooms. I particularly enjoyed the spacious lounge area.

Toilets in 6-person rooms are not very convenient to use. They are located in the room and separated by a thin, opaque glass door that cannot be tightly closed. However, you can use the toilets in the lounge area instead.

Excellent facilities especially the kitchen and the swimming pool being a bonus
