The views from every window are spectacular and house is secluded on a quiet street with beautiful homes. Furniture is old and rather worn. One big disappointment was finding out that the fireplaces shown in listing photos are “non-functioning.” Had we known that in advance, we may have selected another property.

This is by far my favorite VRBO I've stayed in! It's perfect for two couples or two people that appreciate sleeping in different wings with complete privacy. The views are unmatched. You're close enough to the neighbors that you don't feel TOO isolated (we're city folk so that was a concern), but still provides a ton of privacy. The kitchen is EXTREMELY well-stocked. There wasn't one thing that they didnt have that we needed. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. Seriously, if you're thinking about going, pull the trigger on this one. I can't say enough about it.

Went here for a quiet weekend trip with friends and it didn't disappoint! The property is beautiful and as described, everything was clean and communication with the host was quick and friendly. Thank you!

Love the views from this house. However it is a quirky floorplan that kept us up and down stairs often. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. Kitchen is small, but we'll equipped, except no dishwasher. Otherwise beautiful and very private! We got tons of exercise navigating the floorplan. Also has a very tight spiral staircase on one end.

This house is in a spectacular location! Comfortable, well equipped kitchen (except lacking a dishwasher) lots of space for relaxing and enjoying ourselves. Very private. The two bedrooms are well separated, with the master bedroom downstairs. Lovely hot tub. Couldn't help imagining how dramatic it would be to be there in a storm! We were in Fort Bragg to do Rail Bikes and it was just a perfect getaway for us and out of town family to connect and enjoy!

Watched whales from the deck while sipping beverages. Spent an afternoon touring local restaurants trying to find the best clam chowder (spoiler: It is Mendo Cafe with N Coast Brewing a close second). A great relaxing stay.

Best part of this property it the amazing ocean views from deck and almost all of the rooms. Also, house is situated on a bluff on finger of land, with complete privacy. Hot tub also has view. Note that there are only two bedrooms, so that may limit some parties, although the house itself is very roomy. We spent hours just relaxing on deck watching occasional whales spout and dolphins make their way along the coast.

The view, the view, the view. Wow. Nothing like it. Secluded cliff top home relaxes you like no other.

My family loved this home. Yes it corky but it gave us plenty of room. The view are amazing & peaceful. We are going to make this our yearly trip😊

Hey VRBO — a few things to point out to future guests — No cell service, and so we could not communicate with the management about the front door lock, which requires a little instruction. It was no big deal to us, but we did think the washing machine would be available — no such luck. No biggie. The views and grounds are superb. A terrific place to stay and we would like to go back. My family has been coming to this house sunce 2002. We have always loved the experience this house provides. It's quirky and that is what makes it so special. The love and care that went into building not a house but a home is apparent. That being said, it's time for a new couch in the main living room. 20 years of vacationers have taken any structure out of the current one and it is really not comfortable any longer, hence my 4 stars. The common response of "The homeowner is working to replace furniture " is a really tired one and I'd like to encourage Vacasa to stop saying it. It's been noted by several other guests as well.

Beautiful, fun quirky house with tons of space and million dollar views! The house has everything you need to escape including the hot tub overlooking the coast. My family enjoyed it immensely and we will be back!

The location and views from this house are spectacular. Unfortunately living in it is extremely uncomfortable. Firstly, the heating system is really outdated. It's loud and outdated. Every room has its own micro climate with some rooms freezing cold and others overheated, even though all thermostats are set at the same temperature. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. I am not sure if the mattresses are old or cheap or a combination of the two. Between terrible beds and constant clicking noises coming from the thermostat, I could barely sleep. It was a first time that I couldn't wait to get out of the vacation property. The lack of the a dishwasher wasn't a big deal for us since we mostly ate out. But if I cooked, cleaning up would've been a pain and not something you want to do on a vacation. On a bright note, we had an amazing dinner at Albion River Inn. Highly recommend the place for both food and the ambiance!

4 stars only for few bugs and bad smell in the carpet

Awesome views, soothing waves crashing, the smell of salty ocean air, some fresh rain, lots of sunshine. A fine place to enjoy nature with loved ones.

House was very very nice & the location has to be one of the best on the Pacific coast. You can look out the windows on 3 of the 4 sides of the house and see the ocean. Outstanding.

We will definitely come back!! The ocean views are spectacular from every room in the house!! So breathtaking!! We so enjoyed the trail just out the front door which took us to a beautiful secluded beach and looped back to the house. Even if we didn’t leave the house we could’ve stayed on the deck, which wrapped around the entire property, all day looking at the ocean views and waves crashing against the rocks! Our time at Ocean Breeze truly was an amazing a time we’ll never forget. It was absolutely perfect!!

Always love our stay there the Fort Bragg’s Ocean Breeze Home. We truly can’t get enough of the beauty and the serenity that we feel when we are there. The accommodations are perfect & the house is set up just right. The views are breathtaking. Getting to watch the sunset every night from the wraparound deck is just stunning. It is our yearly family trip and we look forward to it with great anticipation. Everyone leaves a little piece of their heart there. Everything we were hoping for and more. A beautiful home located at the end of the world. We spent hours just watching the waves pound in…… reading and watching movies and just hanging out in the great room. The kitchen had everything we needed and more - was impressed with the quality of the knives, prep bowls and strainers. Beds we’re very comfortable - very enjoyable week. Would definitely come back.

A really great location with 180 degree views of the coast line. The only thing of note (we weren’t informed prior), is when you leave a room with the heater on, it shuts off after a bit to conserve energy. We had a maintenance person out to inform us of this. Other than that minor hiccup, all else was great with staying there, and we plan to re-rent again in the very near future. Many thanks to the owners for the use of this wonderful coastal rental.

Absolutely stunning location, location, location!

This is my 3rd girls retreat to this house. Such a beautiful home. We always enjoy our time. Cooking dinner, enjoying the view. We will definitely be back again!

The ocean view is unreal off the balcony and from the living room. Very private and serene. The kitchen has everything you’ll need. There’s a private garage with an automatic garage door opener. Close to town and close to Mendocino and many state parks to choose from. This is our 7th time at Ocean Breeze.
