Le personnel très gentil . Belle piscine et endroit calme vu sa situation

hôtel mérite de l entretien ,situation très loin des belles plages du coup nous sommes partie au bout de 2 nuits au lieu de 4 nuits que nous avions réglé avant notre arrivée et pas eu remise sur repas et boissons comme prévu ds l annonce , pas trop de choix dans repas et petit déjeuners Et pas d animation soirée comme prévu dans l annonce

The few staff that were there were friendly and tried to be helpful. The swimming pool was really good. The security guard was excellent, he did everything from sorting out internet, fixing and replacing tv sets, to being the waiter and generally helping every were he could.

The place was not well managed. There were staff shortages, the food was cold for the most part, except for one good breakfast, the evening meal that we did have was over an hour delivered from ordering. (We were the only customers)This was due to management cutbacks on staff. The rooms were not serviced for the four nights that we were there. Maintenance on everything needed attention, Internet was barely usable in the rooms. (Our room was number 2.) The shower head had been mended wrongly causing water to go over your head with no adjustment at all. Bath room lighting was very dull. The basin drain hole smelt really bad. There was a mat of thick dust under the beds. This resort could be a top notch place but for the lack of MANAGEMENT OR CARE by the owner.

Disappointed to say the least. I am very sorry to say this but your staff is simply un capable.A lot of young boys ang girls whi half of them don't know how to speak English,restaurant is a disgrace,you order and half of the food arrives and the other half comes after 1 hour or you order chicken with potatoes and the chicken arrives but the potatoes reach you 1 hour late,also we had a guest who was going to sleep in hour room,they charged us 700 pesos per night for a piece of foam,literally a piece of foam,they saw that we where frustrated and not once offered compensation of any kind,other things that we encountered 1 of the room we rented had no hot water and broken sink,and prepare your self for a lot,lot of bugs.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

The country setting was wonderful. The food was fantastic and the rooms and staff were great.

With air con in the room the blanket on the bed was too small and thin. My daughter got too cold but liked the air con. Please supply another blanket in each of the air con rooms for comfort, thanks.

Some roof structures need repairs!

It has nice garden with swimming pool like you are in the forest. It is quite place that you can read a book and relax.

There was no hot water, poor wifi, no closet to hang the clothes and no table.

I love the peacefulness, the beautiful greenery, the smell of fresh air

Bathroom smell. Walkway not well lit.
