The location. It's just near the bus stand so was able to sleep due to noise. The room we booked was suite and we were gvn executive room and then after complaining was shifted to suite next day. No value for money. We paid so much for a bad view and noisy room

Rude and unprofessional staff. They replaced / swapped my T shirt in a laundry with someone else & not ready to accept the mistake. The guy on the desk with no uniform acts like a owner and he was very very rude. For the mistake I only asked to apologise but he refused. He had a lot of ego and not even ready to admit that their laundry guy made a mistake. Never book this hotel. They are only greedy for money. No respect to the customer. The bathroom door was broken & water was coming all over. Iron stand was broken. Fan making a lot of noise. They must sack the front desk guy with no uniform who acts like a owner & call himself owners relative. I am also going to write about this guy to Tami Nadu Hotels & Bar association for his misbehaviour.

Location primarily. Relatively new hotel so infrastructure is well maintained. Food at WOK@rooftop is amazing. We had some issues initially with the room utilities (leaking water in the washroom, noisy fan) but was Mr. Senthil and Kesavan attended to it superbly.

Room service is non existent. Struggled to get the morning tea in the morning. Buffet breakfast was cold except the idlis. Food and service @Aroma restaurant need improvement.
