Läget är fenomenalt, nära till både shopping, restauranger och bad. Att ha havet så nära inpå är en tjusning. Lägenheten var dessutom ganska nyrenoverad och fräsch. Värden gav bra service och åtgärdade några saker vi saknade snabbt.

Dubbelsängarna är i minsta laget för skandinaver, bara ca 150 cm breda. Saknar även bäddmadrass vilket gör att sängarna blir lite hårda att ligga i en hel vecka. Markisen har inte kommit upp efter renovering men det fanns parasoll.

This apartment has absolutely everything you need - comfortable beds, fully kitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Netflix... and all just metres from the beach! :-)

First of all, the host - Nestor was very nice (and handsome:)). He handed us the keys before the official check in hour, which was very convenient. Also, he prepared for us welcome wine, which was a great touch. The best asset of the appartment was it's location. You can't hope for a better location in San Agustin The appartment has a nice garden with sunbeds, trees for those who are tired after the sun and live fence garding from the wind and curious bypassers. The beach is basically 3 steps away from the appartment. You can leave by a small door in the fence directly to the beach. Also, it's quite short walk for the nearest bus stop, from which you can basically travel anywhere on the island. The San Agustin shopping center is also very close (supermarkets, restaurants, etc.) The kitchen was very well equipped (big dishwasher, electric cooker, big fridge with freezer, microwave and plenty of plates, cutlery, etc.). There were two bathrooms in the appartment (one in the corridor with a toilet and shower, and the second in the master bedroom with a toilet and washing machine but no shower).

The appartment has also some drawbacks. The single bedroom is quite claustrophobic. The windows weren't surrounding from outside noises, which was especially enerving becaues of a nearby footwalk renovation (however don't be scared - it looks like it's going towards the end - we were staying untill 6th of May 2019). Also, the blinds weren't good enough for a longer sleep. However, even in spite of those drawbacks, we wouldn't hesitate to come back here and recommend this appartment to anyone.
