Location is super, close to Duomo station and to other main attractions in Naples as well as my job. The rooms are very clean and new. The room I stayed last time was very quiet, if you are a light sleeper like me ask for it, it’s in Scala A. The owner is very nice and accommodated my last minute travel requests and changes.

Room was clean, WI-FI was excellent and Lola, our host, very responsive and accommodating at all times. We asked for an extra night = no problem. We asked to leave our luggages in storage for the last day = no problem. Very good communication and support. Room is 15 min. walking distance from train/bus stations. About 20 min. walking distance from port/ferry to Ischia, Sorrento, Capri, Positano, Amalfi coat.

Room is a bit small but that was all what we needed, a good sleep after visiting all day. A bit far from downtown restaurant strip (25 min. walking distance). Overall, these are minors…

Great location in quite a posh neighbourhood in terms of Naples. Appreciate the luggage storage and free coffee corner. Easy communication over WhatsApp. You can park your car in a garage across the street (5 €/hr. though).

It was worm (heating was good), it was very clean, the building was beautiful, and the location is great - near parking and port, but also to Centro Storico. The bathroom was spacious, with good heating and large windows with blinds.

The space was much smaller than expected, with 4 beds in one room. Also, there is no shower with the hose, only directly from the wall.

It was in a great location. Very clean . Comfortable bed. Small room but adequate for what we needed.

There wasn't breakfast provided but the coffee machine and biscuits etc in the lobby were a welcome addition.

Our bathroom door didn't lock- not that this was a huge problem since there were only two of us!

An unplanned two night trip to Naples to short notice led me to booking.com and stumbled upon this hotel due to its location in the city. Location is fantastic, close to the Duomo and the waterfront. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the local vicinity. Staff are welcoming. The room was very clean albeit basic - but that’s all I needed!

The only thing I didn’t dislike was the bulky key set (5 of them) which I had to carry around with me - otherwise, no complaints at all.

The location is challenging. Place is okay. Staff were friendly to accommodate late arrival. Charged extras for late arrival.

Upon arrival, when I requested information about the city from the receptionist, she told me she doesn't know the city, doesn't know any recommendations for food etc. It was bizarre. She was a bit unfriendly, didn't say hi - not something that you expect on your holiday to experience from the Staff. Facilities - shower head was covered in limescale, you actually couldn't shower properly! Lack of a shower curtain, and water was all over the bathroom floor. It's sad as the room was spacious and quite modern, but because of the general experience with the Staff being not welcomng and shower facility, I am not recommending this.

Feels like staying at a dorm - you can here your neighbours all the time. My room was with a balcony, but it was shared with a next room so no privacy and couldn't leave the balcony door open. There was AC but it smelled like burning while on. The room is not cozy, very small. And the staff was not friendly, they forgot the keys fromy room and asked me to come back later. Would only recommend to travelling students who want to spend a night somewhere quite cheap.

The place is so comfy and relaxing. Grateful I was accomodated with my very late check-in. Both the host and his colleague are always of immediate assistance and very pleasant, onsite and via WhatsApp. Thank you for replenishing the room on my second day. Really wasn't expecting that😍

The shower did not drain properly so had to stop often to let it drain. The air con did not work the first night, which they fixed but the following night it did not work again so just gave up.

Very convenient location in Naples city center. You can reach both the train station and port by foot (around 15min) so we stayed there for 5 nights to explore around more than to visit Naples itself. We were 2 women and felt safe in this neighbourhood both days and nights, though you probably want to stay on the main streets after dark to avoid any potential problems. Room is a decent size, especially for Naples, and the bathroom was also big. It was clean, and air conditioning was very welcomed as the weather was hot during our stay. The room we had was on the quiet side, and the window soundproofing is great so we were not bothered at night by planes or traffic noise. You can hear all the guests coming and going in the appartment itself, but we were lucky that it was not very busy and people were respectful overall.

The fact that you need to give a precised check-in time for your arrival, and you cannot leave your luggage for the rest of the day after check-out - which is quite early (10:30 am). There are issues with hot water, and this is well-known looking at the reviews below. We had no hot water 3 times during our stay, and while they were quite responsive over email and got it fixed within one hour each time, it was a big inconvenience as you cannot always wait that long so we had to shower with VERY cold water a couple of times. Also, we had booked a room supposingly with balcony and breakfast... none of this was provided. Not a deal breaker but I don't like false advertising and they should be upfront about these things.

Room and location were great

The washroom. There was a bath/shower combo but not shower glass or curtain. Most travellers like to take a shower and being forced to shower in an open room made quite the mess around us.

Good location, 10 minutes walk from the station and the city centre. Although the building is a bit old the accommodation inside is renovated and modern, the room was big and the private bathroom was big and new, so the room was very nice and quiet.

Everything was fine; what we liked the least was that the staff was usually not at the reception and the girl who attended us spoke neither English nor Italian; even so, she was friendly and helpful.
