Friendly staff, nice view from the rooftop cafe. Tasty breakfast. Buffet with a large selection. The hotel is next to a natural park where you can spend the whole day.

The Best of the East.

Peaceful Location with Beautiful Rooftop Garden. Rooms were very spacious and very nice. Breakfast spread was excellent and food items were very tasty. Staff/Service was on point during my stay.

We really enjoyed the stay. Follow up on the housekeeping could be improved. We ran out of toilet paper and it wasn't replaced, likewise with the bath gel. Otherwise, not much else to dislike, this was a great stay in Da Lat!

Location. To us, a souless hotel. Most staff a matter of fact with the odd exception on reception. Single restaurant open. Very limited choice. Some exercise equipment broken. Pool often murky. 5* Hotel. No aircon.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Loved the bathroom facilities, especially the ease of turning to hot water. Breakfast was a delight with a good spread.

Not many attractions around the hotel. The location is rather remote. My request for the upgrade was not acceded to fully., though the occupancy rate was low on my arrival.

Breakfast was good. Beds were large and comfortable. Very close to the mountain trails for hiking but about 4k into DaLat centre for food (not many restaurant choices nearby). Showers very nice and hot.

WiFi was a bit slow, could have had some seating space in the big balcony, people could relax and view the beautiful scenary outside and enjoy the weather.

New renovation, parking is convenient

Food - breakfast included. But food was cold, and not many choices

Hotel room is very big. Bathroom/Toilet/Lavatory are separate, so very comfortable. Parking place is large and free. Just opposite Valley of Love.

Breakfast facility is not good during peak time.
