Facilities were excellent. Huge range of food for breakfast. Staff were great. We celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary at Lava restaurant. It was amazing and Men(our waiter) was fantastic.

The restaurant was so good. There were many kinds of food and taste was so good. Especially, there was a very small kids club inside the restaurant. While we had a breakfast, my kid could play there. It was so convenient. Also, there were lots of sweeties such as chocolate cookie and various kinds of fruits, so she liked it. If we have another chance, we will stay there again.

Sometimes, they did't make up our bed until 4 pm. We stayed 5 nights, and I think they didn't vacuum on the floor.. We could see a very small piece of glass. It was so sorry about that.

Fantastic breakfast, wonderful staff and very luxurious. Rooftop Bar was very impressive. Couldn't find a fault with the place.

Food and drink options are expensive so we are out every night.

Absolutely fantastic stay at InterContinental. Rooms were spacious and extremely clean, and staff were super friendly and helpful!

Housekeeping placed some of our valuables into the safe without informing us of it. Did not know the pin either so had to contact the staff to open the safe.

Great hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The service was excelent, pools where gorious and room was specious. We would for sure come back (when in Vietnam) and recommend the hotel to friends.

Breakfast was amazing. The variety and delicious food was well above expectations. The staff was attentive, helpful, and wonderful! This is a top notch resort and we look forward to returning.

Everything is right at this hotel . Nice rooms, very helpful staff, clean, nice gym, good breakfast, great restaurants. The last days were very busy because of public holidays, but the hotel handled everything well. We had problems with visa and they were very helpfull. Staff at restaurant is very nice. We were happy they opened Sea shack for breakfast as well as the other restaurant was very busy. Beach area is very nice, pool great. There is a Spanish manager who is very attentive. Bar on top of tje building is fantastic. What a great design! Music is great, staff here as well. Well done Intercontinental, would say 10/10, especially for your staff

There is not much to do outside the hotel, 20 min. drive from city

There seems to be a lot of maintenance around and inside the resort. It is much better to walk than before. All the staffs are friendly and well educated.

Need to clean the floor of the room a little more.

-House cleaning not at the level I would expect from an Intercontinental (some of the days we would only notice that our room was serviced trough some details). -Not much around the hotel (however great if you like the stay at the hotel kind of holidays).

Everything in the Hotel was great! Rooms, breakfast, clean, the territory.

The temp of water in the swimming pool could be lower as it's not refreshing when you have such a hot weather.

fantastic new property by the beach, beautiful landscaping, spacious rooms with great design, the best kids club and staff I have experienced, fantastic breakfast and delicious pizzas. staff very friendly (not all could speak good English though)

check in was lengthy which isn’t great when you arrive late with 2 young children. requested baby Cots in advance but were not ready. no advice given on being able to use the sofa as a bed for 4 year old but told us we need to pay for an extra bed which actually was not required and they should know this and give better advice to families, had to pay a large sum in advance to be able to charge things to the room which is odd for such a big chain. overall great hotel but terrible check in experience unfortunately. also the live band at the beach bar played really bad music that would fit a 80+ audience but not a young modern classy vibe like beach clubs etc. the singer also was off tune which reminded me of a cheap restaurant by the beach somewhere. Things that are easy to fix luckily to truly be 5 star.

nothing around. the room was very dirty, they had to re clean it three times. breakfast very « Asian customer » oriented (which makes sense, but overall great breakfast). noise everyday from the rooftop bar till 00:00 (great when you come here to rest). terrible noise from a private event which was announce after the event started….

The staffs there very effective and attended the problems promptly. My son loves the kids club so much.

If the staffs can speak basic english will be better
