Central location. Very clean. Very friendly staff. 2 elevators. Modern bathroom very good water pressure in shower. Nice resturant at the swimming pool level.

Big room, big bed, with heaps of storage room for clothes and bags. Also a work desk and table and 2 chairs. Super fast internet and good air con.. Spotlessly clean. Heaps of parking available. Good breakfast and good location on the main road. Not far from the night market.

I cant think of anything I didnt like.

The pillow is just one and too hard and too big, normally hotel 2 type sleeping pillow, soft and hard one.

Restaurant serves great food. Pool is really nice too and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Free Taxi into city from the hotel, is about a 4 minute drive, very handy!

I have stayed in this hotel several times and it's my best choice in Trat . Everything is perfect ,including the breakfast ,the only detail which could be improved it's the matress ,too hard for a falang back

The location is excellent - ATMs and restaurants right around the corner. Large room, calm. Nice staff and the breakfast was good (not too exclusive, but for the price of the room excellent).

Excellent place to stay for a night (or maybe more). We just spent the night to get a bus to Bangkok the next day. The hotel is new, modern, comfortable and very well located, near the bus station, a Lotus and several places to eat. Helpful staff with good English speaking skills. Good breakfast.

We only stayed for 1 night en route to Cambodia. This is a modern hotel in a good location, just a few minutes xwalk from a massive Lotus and less than a kilometre from the bus station. The room and public areas are clean and comfortable. Room had everything you might need - comfy bed, spacious, aircon, kettle, wardrobe, decent shower. There is a small balcony but no chairs! The pool looked inviting, but unfortunately, we didn't get time to use it.. Good breakfast was included in the room rate, great selection of food and drinks. The staff give the JP Grande an edge - they are all welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Whatever we asked they went out of their way to assist. Thank you! Would definitely stay here again if in Trat.

We couldn't stay longer!

Clean, spacious and excellent staff. Beds very comfy. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Didn't use pool but looked inviting. Helpful arranging taxi to pier. Great stopover hotel. We went to the night market - a bit of a walk but well worth it.

it was difficult to cross the road (not the property’s fault) so it meant we were restricted to one side of the road.

Breakfast was good. It would’ve been better for the breakfast food items to be labeled. Additionally, it would’ve been nice to have at least a few vegetarian options.

There were many choices for hot food at breakfast, but they were not labeled and did not appear to be vegetarian. The vegetarian items available included, toast, and fruit.

The location is perfect arriving to Trat, easy to find. The rooms are really spacious and a good breakfast selection! Nice swimming pool.

Very good breakfast, plenty of choices, decent coffee, good sized pool and deck area great for relaxing after coach trip to Trat.

No fault of hotel but you take your life in your hands try to cross double dual carriageway to get to a shop.

We chose this hotel for convenience as it is opposite the Lotus shopping centre that’s good for stocking up on provisions before travelling to the islands. So I gave a 9 for location, as the main reason travellers stop in Trat is in transit. The hotel is near a dusty main road junction. So if you want convenience for the shops, and a swimming pool to wash away the grime of a long haul flight, J P Grand is grand. If you want to enjoy the city for itself, stay in the old part.
