Schöne und gepflegte Garten- und Poolanlage, Grill den man mitbenutzen durfte (muss man vorher allerdings etwas reinigen) Gute und ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb der Stadt, fußläufig 10 Minuten zum Strand und auch idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Guter Supermarkt in der Nähe (Pingo Doce).

Küche für Familien, die öfter selber kochen möchten, sehr klein und knapp ausgestattet. Das Haus ist vor allem außen schön und hier haben wir auch die meiste Zeit verbracht. Innen ist es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was in Ordnung ist - nur das Bad bräuchte wohl in den nächsten Jahren eine Renovierung. In der Infomappe, die im Zimmer lag stand, dass Müll entsorgt wird, wenn man ihn vor die Tür stellt. Nachdem er in der Hitze über Nacht und den halben Tag da stand, haben wir dies selbst gemacht. Es gibt diverse Mülltonnen in den Straßen nebenan - an sich auch überhaupt kein Problem den Müll selbst zu entsorgen. Dann sollte dieser Service allerdings auch nicht in der Mappe erwähnt werden. Leider haben wir die Eigentümer nicht persönlich gesehen, obwohl sie anscheinend im Haus wohnen. Fanden wir etwas schade.

The room was way bigger than I expected! It felt like a luxury villa. Kitchenette had everything we needed to cook or prepare any snacks throughout the day. The pool was so nice to hop into after a long beach day. The owners offered to do a private boat tour with some other folks staying at the guest house and it was absolutely incredible! Much better than the other boat tours where you are with a ton of people and you go to the same spots.. overall it was a great stay! We had a car which made Getting around very easy from the house and into town, that being said, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you don’t have a car as it’s juuuust far enough away from town to be sort of a hassle to walk. Other than that 10/10!

The peace and the exterior area mainly the pool. It feels like home. Every guest respect the common spaces and the periods of silence.

The bathroom should be improved. We’ve felt some smell probably from the tube.

no air conditioning, which may be normal in this area, however, despite the coolness outside and it raining, the room was very warm and humid, probably because all the windows needed to be open. Then, because the windows were open because they had to be in order to not feel smothered, you could hear all of the other visitors and vehicles, equipment etc.

beautiful property surrounded by nature. In the morning we really enjoyed our breakfast by the pool. Very quite, perfect for a good night of sleep

Sometimes noise coming from the cleaning activities upstairs or next to our room would wake us up. perhaps this could get a bit better

That we COULDN'T STAY LONGER

It‘s a very beautiful and comfortable accommodation. We were renting a separate cottage which we enjoyed a lot. Beautiful view, nice decor, lots of privacy during our stay in April. We were amazed by a beautiful garden and a nice pool.

As we were staying for a bit longer time, it would have been nice to have a slightly better equipped kitchen (more utensils, cutlery, etc) & a place to dry swimming clothes. The contact with the owners was done purely online.
