Toilet water is very small, homestay It is different from the booking photo. There are also pictures circled, which are cockroaches.

Nothing, it's worst than we cant imagine. Even the customer service also working 8 to 5pm.

We book thru booking website but the key we get from another management which is outside the apartment.. when we walk in the place it's look super duper classy until we went inside the lift.. once we reach the walk way to the apartment, it's looks very dirty and smelly once we open the door omg!!!! The apartment looks horrible and the toilet smells very bad when I call to customer service she didn't pick up the call, the tv is not working at all.. the floor we can't even step it's melekit.. please put the the original picture of the apartment and don't cheat people with the fake picture. We are not paying cheap for the stay.. the kitchen don't have any single equipment to use and the stove can't be use at all. The washing soap they provided was the car wash soap which fill-up in the mineral bottle. The fridge also was fully with leakage of water. The cleaner is a man and without any proper uniform but he help us to clean the floor and the toilet.. even we cleanup the toilet still smelly and we even use our own perfume for the room. The rubbish bin also so small and we buy our own plastic for the rubbish.

The price is very cheap compared to hotel .and flexible .

We like security to guide the way to talk.

The apartment was okay and nice. Facing pool. Agent also okay and easy to deal with. Price was so affordable

Toilet 🚽 bit dirty. We have to clean it ourselves.
