value for money. breakfast is acceptable for its price, have local food, porridge, bread, salad, fruit. swimming pool also ok, for kids and adult in a same pool. they have depth 3ft until 5 ft. plus sliding. my kids really enjoying sliding at the pool.

maybe have more lift and nearer parking. need bellboy to help pick extra luggage. also hope hotel could remove the aircond compressor to other place that didnt block window view. hope to have a nasi lemak in breakfast menu.

No hot water. Bad smell especially at the lobby and the rooms toilet.

The hotel location is very convenience, with an open parking area - you dont need to be worried about parking availability when arriving at midnight

The hotel need to service their elevators. Only 1 of 2 elevators working during weekend is not acceptable

The hotel service was very poor, the front desk didn't respond well,the day we check in to family room for 3 person my husband found that the bathroom lock can't be use we req to change room because there is lot of empty room,but the say can't the doing the maintenance work after few minutes we check in,doesn't make sense because once check in we need to use wash room to fresh out self but they doing the maintenance job really terrible,then nigh we want to meka coffee n there is only 2 cup at there come on I'm booking for 3 person but all the things at there are for 2 person,the refrigerator doesn't work got water licking the air conditioning doesn't cool I'm bring 11 month baby can u imagine my baby can't stay inside the room because hot and start crying,I have to complain a lot of things but they say can't change room,when I'm going out I ask them to check but they nvr check anything for me this is 1st and last check in at here I really don't like that service at all

The room wasn't very clean and was smelly....

Room was spacious and clean

The lift broke down and was made to wait for almost 20mins for the lift. Not productive enough in maintenanace. Leakage were seen at the corridors as well.
