Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wurde einem persönlich morgens serviert. Die Lage war perfekt und es war schön ruhig. Alle Attraktionen der Stadt waren fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind recht klein aber sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtet und man hat einen sehr komfortablen Aufenthalt. Auch die Dachterrasse war sehr schön und man konnte einen super Sonnenuntergang bestaunen. Die Familie die das Riad führt, war zu jederzeit sehr aufmerksam und man wurde herzlich empfangen und bei jeglichem Anliegen, gab es eine schnelle Hilfe für uns.

Allgemein hat man bei dem Konzept des Riads nicht die maximale Privatsphäre da alle Türen und Fenster zum Innenhof gerichtet sind. Dies ist allerdings bei den meisten Riads der Fall. So war es manchmal abends und morgens etwas laut. Das könnte evtl. nicht jedem gefallen

The location was ideal. Rooms were nicely decorated and breakfast delightful. It was close to both touristic areas and locals. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was friendly and helpful to every request.

There were 3 adults. The room was great for all of us. Wish the configuration was a little different to allow optimal use of space. Would have rather had seating chairs than a sofa, but believe the sofa probably could have been used for bedding for an additional person.

Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Zeit im Riad. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, um auch fußläufig die Gegend zu erkunden. Das Frühstück war toll und frisch. Aber unseren Aufenthalt so richtig besonders gemacht haben die Menschen, die im Riad tätig sind. Alle waren sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Bereits vor unserem Aufenthalt haben wir unseren Transfer (wirklich zu empfehlen) und unseren Ausflug abgestimmt und konnten all unsere Fragen loswerden. Das war bei unserem kurzen Aufenthalt perfekt. Und auch vor Ort haben wir bei einem Minztee gute Tipps bekommen oder auch einfach nur mal gequatscht. Hier wird Gastfreundlichkeit wirklich groß geschrieben. Wir haben für die erste Nacht nicht gleich das Zimmer bekommen, welches wir gebucht hatten. Dafür wurden wir am letzten Abend zu einem wunderbaren Essen eingeladen. Die Küche ist wirklich ein Traum und nicht mit den Restaurants um die Ecke zu vergleichen. Wir haben uns wirklich willkommen und wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Uns hat alles richtig gut gefallen. Das Zimmerproblem wurde für uns gut gelöst. Ab 23 Uhr ist wirklich Ruhe im Riad. Wer jedoch früher ins Bett möchte/muss oder etwas länger schlafen will und einen leichten Schlaf hat, könnte Ohropax gebrauchen. Etwas hellhörig ist es schon.

La struttura è davvero molto bella, deliziosa ed accogliente. Curata nei minimi dettagli. I proprietari sono stati davvero meravigliosi e gentilissimi. Hanno organizzato anche una festicciola per festeggiare il mio compleanno. Un bellissimo e piacevole soggiorno.

Excelente trato del personal. Se preocupan mucho por que estés a gusto, siempre pendientes de las cosas en que pueden ayudarte. Especialmente comprensivos y simpáticos con los niños. Muy amables Jonas y Luwna. La terraza muy acogedora. Instalaciones bonitas y limpias. La localización es muy buena, cerca de Jemaa el fna y junto a una calle comercial con restaurantes a buen precio y tiendas.

Espectacular estancia en el Riad Zahri, tanto la ubicación como las instalaciones son buenísimas. Pero sobre todo, el personal, trato inmejorable el ofrecido en el Riad por todos sus miembros, son una familia y eso se nota. El desayuno que ofrecen es buenísimo super variado y cambiando detalles diarios. Volvería a alojarme en este Riad sin lugar a dudas.

Si tuviera que decir algo la ventilación/extracción del baño, ya que contaba con una ventana pequeña que a veces no era del todo suficiente para sacar la humedad del baño. Pero es un detalle sin importancia ya que no llegaba a ser molesto en ningún momento, el Riad es magnífico.

Questo è un piccolo angolo di paradiso nella medina di Marrakech. Accoglienza perfetta col thè berbero ed una spiegazione della storia familiare di questo riad, jonas è stato veramente gentile insieme a tutto lo staff. Colazione abbondante e genuina, a due passi dai souk e dalla piazza centrale, doccia calda rilassante dopo i chilometri percorsi alla scoperta di tutti i luoghi affascinanti che la città propone. Abbiamo anche prenotato un'escursione alle bellissime cascate Ouzoud tramite il riad, ma hanno molte altre proposte interessanti. Super consigliato, passerete dei giorni fantastici anche soltanto facendo uno scambio culturale con queste fantastiche persone.

Unico neo, dato che il riad non è enorme e non ha stanze insonorizzate, è stato qualche rumore proveniente dai lavori esterni e le voci all'interno ogni tanto si sentivano più del dovuto.

El Riad es precioso, con muchísimos detalles que para mí marcan la diferencia. La habitación espaciosa, la cama súper cómoda y la decoración muy muy bonita, nos cambiaron todas las sábanas, cojines y todo a los dos dias de estar allí. El desayuno buenísimo y recién hecho, incluso dos dias nos dieron fruta para llevarnos. Todos los días nos ofrecieron té al llegar de las excursiones y estuvieron siempre pendientes incluso de llevarnos a donde estaba el taxi el día que nos fuimos. Todo muy bien pero lo mejor sin duda es el personal, personas majisimas, y que están dispuestos a ayudarte todo el tiempo! Nos hospedamos el 4 sitios diferentes en Marruecos y sin duda este fue el mejor. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Youness was a fantastic host. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel very welcome. We were greeted with a refreshing mint tea, and later that evening we had a delicious chicken tagine dinner on the beautiful roof terrace, overlooking the sunset. It's a very handily located Riad, being within easy walking distance of the centre of the Medina, but far away enough to give you a quiet night's sleep. All the Riad Zahri team were welcoming and we enjoyed our stay enormously. We left with a great first impression of Marrakech, and we'd definitely return to Riad Zahri.

The internet in our room was sometimes slow, but the signal was much better on the roof terrace. Apart from that, there's nothing we could criticise.

Bellissima struttura a meno di 5 min a piedi dalla grande piazza. Situato in una zona tranquilla..ma centrale. Youness e il suo collaboratore molto accoglienti. Ti fa sentire come parte della famiglia. Lo consiglio fortemente. 🔝

Ryad in un vicolo tranquillo

Wir haben uns in diesem Riad sehr wohl gefühlt. Solch eine Gastfreundlichkeit wie hier haben wir bisher noch nirgendwo erlebt. Younes und Loubna waren so herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen jeden Abend einen frischen Minztee auf der Terrasse. Younes hat uns mehrfach einen Fahrer organisiert und uns bei Ausflügen unterstützt, teilweise sogar begleitet. Das Riad ist wunderschön eingerichtet, bunt und stilvoll, authentisch, so wie man es sich in Marrokko vorstellt. Die Dachterrasse ist super gemütlich, gerade am Abend. Das Frühstück war unser Highlight jeden Morgen. Sehr süß aber unglaublich lecker. Die Lage ist super, man bekommt keinen Lärm von der Straße mit und ist trotzdem schnell im Getümmel. In wenigen Gehminuten (5) ist man am großen Platz. Die Sauberkeit in unserem Zimmer war super, es wurden jeden Tag Handtücher gewechselt und sogar jeden 2. Tag das Bett frisch bezogen.

Nur zwei Kleinigkeiten die unserem tollen Aufenthalt aber nicht schadeten: Es war im ganzen Riad sehr hellhörig, was das längere schlafen am Morgen etwas schwierig machte. Das ist aber in jedem Riad der Fall denke ich, man muss sich nur darauf einstellen. Aus dem Bad kam manchmal ein schlechter Geruch, aber das scheint an den Rohren oder am Abwasser gelegen zu haben, denn es wurde jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt.

Struttura molto bella e ben pulita, la colazione è stata davvero ricca e con prodotti locali. La camera curata nei dettagli nel tipico stile marocchino. La cosa che abbiamo gradito di più è stata l’accoglienza, Abdul e Loubna sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili, soprattutto con nostro figlio di 1 anno e mezzo. Risceglierei questo Riad ad occhi chiusi.

Excellent value for money this Riad. The owners are super hospitable!!! They are superb, always available to give you plenty of information about the area. Honestly, they are what made the stay worthwhile. Located in the heart of the Medina, just 5 minutes on foot from the iconic Jemaa el Fna, but at the same time very quiet and secure from the street noise. My nephew and I enjoyed our stay there!

Great location, near the Medina, with exceptional staff, very kind and helpful. Nice room, which helped create an authentic experience while staying at the Riad. The breakfast was good and included a variaty of options. Recomaned for those who seek peace and quite, while experiencing a genuine Moraccan holiday. The rooftop terrace is very good for watching the sunset. The Riad provided private transport from the airport, so all services available.

l'accueil, personnel très aimable et désireux d'aider! chambre et salle de bain très confortables, rien à dire, j'y retournerai lors d'un autre séjour

Súper recomendable, el personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. El desayuno local hecho en el momento, muy bueno. Ofrecen café, té, zumo de naranja, yogurt, croasant, 2 platos típicos de allí parecido a tortitas, quesitos, diferentes panes, mermeladas de varios sabores y fruta. Limpieza de las habitaciones y estancias comunes muy bien. El chico ofrece imprimir los billetes de avión de Ryanair gratuitamente, en la "copisteria" cuesta 1€ por impreso. Hay una terraza para poder llevar la cena del exterior y tomarla allí, recomiendo el hacerlo. Ubicación muy cerca de la plaza principal.

El precio del servicio de transporte al aeropuerto que pide es de 25€ (coche grande, 4 personas) muy limpio y rápido y te lleva lo mas cerca posible al riad pero se puede coger un taxi para el mismo trayecto por 10€.

Les hôtes sont très gentils vraiment, toujours à l’écoute et avec de très bon conseils. Fadili est très gentil, nous n’avions pas toujours le temps de prendre des petits déjeuner avec il nous a préparé des sacs avec des choses à manger dedans, c’était une attention adorable! Le ménage est fait tous les jours c’est vraiment propre, l’emplacement est idéal, à 5 minutes de la place. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés!

Me encanto, todo, cerca de todo andando. Son super amables, hacen que tu estancia sea perfecta. El desayuno esta genial, se adaptan a tu horario si tienes excursión. Todo muy limpio

The staffs especially, moha, grandma(cleaning staff) and karim, were very helpful. The riad is inside jamaa el fena and just few walks away from all major attractions. The breakfast was also good. Will definitely stay there when I visit marrakech again

Nous avons TOUT aimé ! La situation du Riad est parfaite entre le calme de la place des Ferblantiers et le tumulte de la place Jema El Fna. La rue est sûre, les prix corrects et souvent affichés. Le riad est très joliment décoré, très propre et les matelas sont très qualitatifs. Il manque juste un peu d’isolation phonique dans les chambres…:) Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours dispo, et se propose de rendre plein de petits services comme booker un restau, un spectacle, un hammam ou un taxi. Nous avons eu la chance d’être reçus et chouchoutés par Abdul ! Wonderful Abdul ! 🤩 Tu as embelli notre séjour ! Les marocains en général ont un grand sens de l’hospitalité, et Abdul en est l’illustration parfaite ! Quelle gentillesse et quelle patience ! Nous reviendrons c’est sur ! Et en famille !!!

The location is not bad as it,s a short walk to the square but Riad is further inside the dark alleys which looks scary at night time. The room size is a very normal but on thier website they said it,s a studio so it was a bit of shock to see the size of the room. Toilet sink was blocked we compalined about it but didnot made any differnece and bcz of that i felt sick while using wash basin. toiltries were not labled I am not sure I was using shampoo as a bath gel or bath gel as a shampoo. We were family of 4 and like normal eveyone wants to take shower but Alas no hot water after 2 people took shower and very bad water pressure in shower. No place to keep ur stuff so I have to use sofa,s no cupboards. very very dim light in the room u can barely see anything. No drinking water. The breakfast was very basic no fresh juices which are thier basic product and can be easily availble any time but instead we were offered box juice. no eggs we have to request them everytime as Egg is a basic item for breakfast. We were family of 4 so they give us eveything limited as If we need more bread they said they don,t have it. On one ocassion they said they don,t have eggs the guy then gone out to buy the eggs and all this excercise waisted our time and the start of the day. Also downstairs so cold they have a fire place but they never used it no other arrangments to keep the place little warm. swimming pool is only for decoration.

I really want to give good suggestions for them so they can improve in thier facilties because I have no issues with the staff over there. Thier managment needs to work out that they are charging high prices and in return giving very low quality services. They can improve thier toilets, room service, lights, breakfast and wifi. Need improvment in bedroom lights or they should charge less price. I have checked later on in the local riads offereing excellent services in very good price but I wasn,t able to change because paid non refunded online. Don,t include thier breakfast in case you want to stay there.
