Great staff who were friendly and professional. The breakfasts were excellent - the waiters really listened to exactly what we asked for, and provided it promptly. The third floor terrace was lovely, and our room and the bed extremely comfortable.

Really hard to fault this hotel, it exceeded my expectations

All in all a very fine hotel, at walking distance of the main sights in Seville. The staff is attentive, professional, and there is a lot of eye for detail, from the welcoming glass of cava to the way they run the breakfast restaurant. Also: morning specials and minibar included, sweet. I ate the peanuts and had a bottle of water... We booked a superior double, spacious enough and a nice spacious bathroom. I liked the bed, so what's more to wish for? here is no full restaurant, but there is a very nice room service, and well, it's a Spanish city, so plenty good food around (and a Burger King around the corner for the fast food addicts?) I would say it's a level up from what I expected, without it feeling over-formal (and possibly less welcoming)

the rooms are not soundproof we could hear a bit of noise from the other guests in the corridors

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful in finding restaurants for us and answering our other questions. The location was ideal for walking to the places we wanted to visit.

We were disappointed with room 111. It was quite dark and the terrace which we did not use was not a bonus in winter. It would have been good if we had been offered a different room

noise in the bathroom annoying, do not allow to relax. lights in the bathroom bit dark. no watercooker (a bit unpractical big coffee machine) , more infusion instead of coffee or thee would be nice.
