We loved staying here. It was very comfortable. The owners are very hospitable. Loved walking in the area and enjoyed the breeze with the palm trees while lounging by the pool.

This really is an awesome place in a great location, and the owner is very nice and amenable to your needs. He even stocked the kitchen with some groceries before my arrival. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

Such a nice family, gave you your privacy. The place has everything you need. It across from the inter coastal. Made a new friend with Mr. muntz his daughter wife and rose “ the chicken”. Had an amazing time 10 star review, Very kind and generous. The pool was awesome it made my vacation.

We rented this cottage due to its proximity to our son, daughter-in-law and our newest grandson. The cottage was well appointed and comfortable, and we hope to be able to use it again for future visits.

Geoffrey responds quickly to any issue with the property.Good location,kitchen well stocked with soap ,towels,etc.The place is walking distance to the canal,and 15 minutes from the beach.

the owners are very friendly and helpful. The moment we found one TV was not working, our host immediately set about obtaining a new one. Could not ask for more privacy, yet they were most accommodating. The pool was clean and cared for. A nice property in historical Lake Worth with quiet streets. Our dog was very happy as well!

Cozy, 2 bedroom mother-in-law suit with a pool right outside the door and the best shower ever was just perfect. It was quiet, comfortable and near everything we needed.

Excellent well equipped cottage. Very clean and spatious. Quiet residential area. Full kitchen with everything you need. Securely fenced in with keyed gate entrance. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped for easy living. You could not find more accommodating and friendly owners with whom to share outside space. Geoffrey and Nancy are wonderful and their daughter, Juniper, is a delight. A nearby park, easy access to downtown and major roads is a bonus.

This was a good value for our one-week stay in Nov. at the low season rate. Geoffrey really goes out of his way to make sure guests are happy and he answers questions/concerns promptly. The best things about this property are: very spacious unit, powerful central a/c, pool, one of the bathrooms has a wonderful shower for two w/different ways to change water flow/direction, huge flatscreen t.v. in den, and the kitchen allows you to cook all meals. My only complaint is that that the bamboo sofa next to the kitchen and the big bamboo bed in the t.v. room/den where the large flatscreen tv is located are both uncomfortable and some of the worn pillows need to be replaced.

This is a great home away from home with a private pool. Geoffrey, Nancy and Juniper are the best, feels like long lost friends. They know everything that is needed to make a stay great. I really enjoyed my 2 week stay. Geoffrey and Nancy are very nice and attentive. Ample room, kitchen well supplied with kitchen appliances. nice pool. A short walk to a nice park that oversees the Intercoastal. Less than 15 minute drive to the beach. I plan to be staying at their place again.

Geoffrey and Nancy were wonderful to work with. Geoffrey welcomed me warmly, even though I arrived very late. Both Geoffrey and Nancy were quietly available for any questions that I had. Their rental was very clean and the kitchen was comfortable with a toaster and blender to boot. When I had questions about beaches I spoke with Nancy and she filled me in. Later, to make sure I had good info, Geoffrey also texted me with additional information to help make out stay easy and enjoyable. Thank you both for accepting us as renters and allowing us to stay in your beautifully decorated home.

We totally loved staying here. Geoffrey and Nancy were perfect hosts. The cottage is clean and in a safe quiet neighborhood. Geoffrey kindly helped me with my assorted questions prior to arrival and was super helpful during our stay. During a local power outage, he came over with flashlights in case we needed them and provided information on the estimated time for power to be restored. As promised, we had exclusive use of the pool. It's very clean, and Geoffrey kindly provided a few pool toys for our son to use. We saw Geoffrey and Nancy and their baby briefly and rarely in the courtyard. The cottage has a separate entrance from the main home, so we enjoyed our full privacy in the cottage. The only space that is actually shared would be the laundry room and half bathroom which are both accessed from the courtyard area. The cottage is entirely private. It has its own entrances. Geoffrey only came into the cottage when we first arrived to show us the place. Two bedrooms made it perfect for us. The cottage has lots of regular towels, enormous beach towels, linens, pillows, toilet paper, etc. I had to attend a few online meetings for my job and do some other work. I set up a nice little temporary workspace in the bedroom with the queen bed and smaller TV. The kitchen is awesome. It has utensils, lots of very useful kitchen appliances, spices, extra food, bottled water, etc. A few previous guests have noted that some of the bamboo furniture isn't comfortable. We found that taking a few moments to set up cushions made the outdoor bamboo chair and the indoor bamboo sofa more comfortable. Thanks again, Geoffrey and Nancy! We hope we can return. :-) PS... This place is also listed on "Air beee en beee" (Homeaway will censor the real name) for about the same price. Check both sites to see which one gives you the better deal.

The place was spacious. Had amenities such as beach towels, bottled water, extra pillows, blankets and on and on. Everything is supplied. The pool is very, very nice and private. The furniture is a bit uncomfortable. Geoffrey and Nancy couldn't have been more accommodating.

Geoffrey and Nancy have a great place here. It is very spacious and clean. They are both very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of towels for our week long stay. It is a very nice neighborhood minutes from Lakeworth Beach and a short drive to downtown West Palm Beach. A great bargain, my wife and I will definitely look this place up again on our next trip to the area.

My husband and I truly enjoyed the accommodations during our recent stay at Geoffrey Mintz house. The house was great, very clean, extremely convenient location, and Geoffrey was so hospitable, making himself available whenever we had questions. We love the neighborhood of South Palm Park, and appreciated Geoffrey's great recommendations of some of the local food establishments. Also, such a great place to walk, so nice to be able to walk to some great parks and the access to a great beach and waterfront. Can't wait to go back! Thank you!
