Had an awesome time . Clean and modern with quality items throughout. Coffee machine , wifi , Netflix . Kangaroos, birds, and picturesque outlook . They take care of all the smallest details. Welcomed us with Prosecco, shortbread and fresh fruit .
Recommend for sure . Hope to come back soon!

A very nicely furnished clean and comfortable property with a kitchen that is the best one we've ever come across, as equipped with absolutely everything!
We enjoyed looking out at the peaceful reserve and found the location so convenient as close to shops and a beach nearby.
We highly recommend this property.

A lovely private cottage, well appointed and so clean. Within walking distance to town and boardwalk. Highly recommend, Colin was excellent to deal with and the place was truly a home away from home.

We've stayed at this house a couple of times, and very likely will stay there again in future.
Perfect for a family of 4. A short stroll to town or to Spencer Park, and a longer but very nice walk to Bar Beach.
The house is very clean, well furnished, and in a quiet location backing on to a bush reserve.
An excellent option for a holiday in Merimbula.

This is a lovely house. The owners have taken a great deal of thought and care to ensure guests are comfortable. We loved our time here. We have been travelling around Victoria and NSW over the past month, staying in many different houses, and this is the best home we have encountered - by far. It is exceptional and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

We were very impressed with this property which had everything you need for a comfortable stay including a proper coffee machine! The location was great with an easy walk into town and a lovely peaceful outlook at the back. We appreciated the extra touches from the host and found the beds ans sofas to be very comfortable. Appreciated the availability of air conditioning too.

We were very pleased with both the accommodation and location. Very nicely appointed, very quiet but only a short walk to the town center. Even had kangaroos over the back fence that we watched from the deck while sipping a pre-dinner drink!

Perfect getaway location for our family of 4. Everything you need is provided from cooking and pantry items to books and games.
Beds were super comfortable too. Living/kitchen/deck area overlooks reserve where we enjoyed the peace and quiet while watching the local wildlife.
For a property that is less than a 5 min walk to the centre of town it was very quiet and relaxing.
Host, Colin, was very accommodating and thoughtful.
If you want central, quiet, clean and comfortable - Look no further.

Munn Street Mews is a well-equipped, quiet house with a nice view of a reserve. We were lucky enough to see some Kangaroo's grazing every morning. Great location short walk or ultra quick drive into town.

We could have spent our stay watching the Kookaburras, Bower birds and Wattle birds in the back yard and the reserve at the back of the house. The kangaroos and rabbits were also entertaining.
The house is well set out and comfortable with the added bonus of surprises on arrival. It is an easy walk into the main shopping area. We hope to return.

House was perfect for our needs, a simple setup with nice outdoor areas to enjoy the coastal location. Great communication from Colin regarding the check-in and check-out process. Would highly recommend.

It's a very nice place to stay at. It has basically everything you need, tv's to keep the kids entertained, air conditioning in the rooms and they even have board games/cards to entertain yourselves at home. I would definitely come back next time !! I would also recommend this place for other people as well :)

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and fully equipped. It had a lovely outlook at the back onto bush and was within walking distance of the centre of town for shops and restaurants. The host was communicative and told all we needed to know.

We stayed at Munn St Mews and thouroughly enjoyed the experience. The property was clean, well appointed, comfortable and easy walking distance to the centre of Merimbula. We had daily evening visits from the local kangaroos while we sat on the back deck enjoying the peace & quiet. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Such a wonderful property that is ideally located walking distance to town and yet when you relax in the house it is like you are a million miles from the city with great views of the reserve and bush land behind the property: within the house there are lots of little touches that make the house a pleasure: Everything provided and I wanted for nothing: Highly Recommended.

A beautiful small house that has a lovely comfortably homey Decore and vibe. Lovely natural light and decks overlooking a nice garden and nature reserve. Has all the modern conveniences including the coffee machine! Easy walk to the restaurants, cafes and shops of Merimbula on a quiet street. A most relaxing stay, planning a return visit soon.

The kids and I loved staying here.
It felt like a nature retreat with all the facilities that we needed / wanted close by. The place was so clean and well set up for our stay. Communication was great and lots of little extras that made our stay so easy and pleasurable. We will be back! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Merimbula Mews.
The house is well maintained
, clean, tidy and spacious for one or two couples.
We appreciated all the extra touches that make a stay more pleasant, such as plenty of heating and cooling, comfortable furniture and beds, modern appliances, tvs etc.
The location is excellent with close proximity to the town centre but still a quiet street.
