We had a great week at Crystal Beach. The weather can always be iffy this time of year, but we had a few sunny, low wind days. The house met our expectations. Warm water in showers and comfy beds. Enough seating for everyone to have a spot. Well equipped kitchen. Shopping near by. We all enjoyed our stay.

House was great. Ran out of fridge space but that’s maybe the only thing that could’ve been better is having a second fridge

Wonderful space for the whole family

This house was better than the pictures showed. We were amazed at how accommodating the house was for 11 people. The kitchen was so well equipped with lots of space for all our groceries. The upstairs balcony provided to be the perfect place for game night. The 6-passenger cart was a big plus for beach time. Everyone agreed it was one of the best homes we rented for our family vacations.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful house for our first family reunion. It’s just as listed. No surprises. Great communication with the property manager. It was perfect. Can’t wait to come back next year!

What an amazing house! So close to the beach, and the golf cart that was included made the visits to the beach so much easier! We took our family, and the grandkids loved the pool! The house was so well stocked, we didn't want for anything! The bedrooms were spacious and the attached bathrooms created so much privacy for all of us! If you want a fantastic family vacation, book Blue Coconut...you won't be sorry!

We stayed here for our wedding which we had in the beach! We had lots of our family there who stayed with us! 18 of us and the house was great! No problems with anything! We had our reception dinner outside by the pool! It was awesome! Plenty of room and well laid out accommodations! A great place to stay and the golf cart made it so nice to just hop on and grab something quick!

On our annual family beach vacation, we had a party of 15, 8 adults and 7 kids from 1 to 8. This house was great! Plenty of room to spread out with room to spare. Spacious living room with huge kitchen and dining area. Pool area was great, the kids loved it! Relaxed on the hammocks and loved having the golf cart!! Close to shopping, restaurants and our favorite The Track! We all enjoyed our stay!! Thank you! Oh yeah, check in and check out process was simple and easy!

The house was beautiful and we had a lovely stay. There were a couple things that would have made it a little better. There was not even 1 extra garbage bag in the house. No extra toliet paper. Would have been nice to supply the garbage bags. What we had to buy was way more than we needed. A couple extra toliet paper rolls would have been nice. It would have been nice to have towel racks in the bathrooms. The sink tops were not very big so it would have been nice to be able to hang up our towels. Overall everything was awesome. The location was great and having a heated pool was awesome. We would definately consider staying here again.

Stayed here with a large group for fall break. It’s super close to the beach. The pool was so fun to have too. Loved that it had plenty of bedrooms with bathrooms

We all had a great time! The house was clean and in a great area. We would definitely stay here again!

House was in immaculate condition and housed 21 of us comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked, and was even able to make homemade pancakes on the griddle:) Pool was very nice to have, the lights were not working but no fault to the owner as service was backlogged. Short walk to the ocean and golf cart was so nice to be able to venture out in. We were there to celebrate my Dad’s 80th birthday and made many great memories. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

Great location with a short walk to beach and short golf cart ride to Destin Commons shopping plaza. Beautiful, clean home and attentive property owners. Family of 23 had an amazing stay!

We had our yearly Family vacation and happy we were able to stay at this home. It’s a very spacious, very nice and so much room for many people. My family and I which were a total of 18, really loved our stay at this House. Super accommodating, talked to the Host a few times and he was very approachable over the phone and really made our week stay there even better from our last conversation. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a Great Home, and Great location to stay in.

We had a wonderful time at the Blue Coconut. This property was beautifully decorated and extremely spacious. The location was wonderful and just a very short drive down the street to the beach on the provided golf cart. The golf cart is key and makes traveling back and forth so much easier! We had 14 people total during our stay with plenty of room to spare. The heated pool was wonderful as well. We had an issue with the AC and had a very quick response and resolution by the property manager in fixing the AC. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

My siblings and I rented the blue coconut for our mom and dads 41st wedding anniversary. It was the first time we had all been together in over 2 years, it did NOT disappoint. The Property was incredibly clean, comfortable and exactly what our family needed! The pool was perfect for the kids and adults. Grill and other kitchen amenities were so nice to have. The sheets on the beds were really comfortable! There were a couple issues (no hot water, ice machine didn’t work) but were resolved quickly by the property manager. We are already planning our next trip to the blue coconut!

We really enjoyed our time at this rental! We had a large group of ladies together for a conference. We used the kitchen a lot and appreciated that they had all the appliances/utensils to cook. The house was well kept, clean and accurate to the pictures! It was a great price, super close to the beach and fit us all pretty comfortably. Our only issue was the check in and check out times. When we originally booked it didn't list anything about check in. Now, I believe it's been added to the site, which is good. If you are able to plan around it, there shouldn't be a problem but since we had such a large group with so many individual travelers, it was difficult. Check in wasn't until 5 pm which we were not aware of until a week or two before the trip. Then check out was early, like 10 am. Like I said before, since we had so many individuals traveling and weren't aware of the hard and fast rules of check in and check out times, it was difficult for our group. Had we known, we might have chosen a different property to fit our groups needs better. The property manager was willing to let us in a little early since they didn't have a booking before us but it was a little difficult to communicate and I had to follow up many times. I am thankful they accommodated us as much as possible, but I do think its important for people to know the check in and check out times before coming since they are a little bit different than the tradition 3 pm and 11 am times. I would stay here again, and was thankful for the stay!

You can’t ask for much more-this house had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space, the backyard is an OASIS (we didn’t heat the pool and were glad we didn’t as it was quite warm!), and the location is phenomenal. So close to the beach, but also not far from many attractions. Neighborhood is VERY quiet. The amenities inside the house were perfect (LOVE that kitchen) and the property manager was easy to communicate with as we had questions. The golf cart was a great bonus! We did find two roaches in the house, but they were in the back bedroom that has access to the outside, and the bug man did come unannounced and spray for them while we were there. We saw a few roaches when out and about Destin, so I think they like the area. We all said we would return to this location if we do a big family trip again and definitely recommend it to others.

We enjoyed this house. You are close to the beach. The house was nice and perfect for the amount of family we had. The extra for the pool heat was great for the kids. Property manager was super helpful with any issues we had and was prompt in addressing them so we were able to continue our vacation. Overall great experience with this rental.

The house was perfect for our group! Location was great, but the golf carts made the trip to the beach so much easier. We plan to book again next year!

Great location, beautiful home

I rented this house for the second year in a row. The new golf cart was a nice upgrade and the pool is well taken care of. Another plus was when you needed a maintenance issue, Eric calls you back within a few minutes.

We couldn't have been happier with this house - it was the perfect distance from the beach, in a pretty, quiet neighborhood, with its own beautiful private background pool and patio. Some days it was hard to decide between going to the beach or staying and enjoying the pool! The golf cart was a great touch as well.

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Coconut. It is great for large families. And only a few blocks from the beach.

Eric the house manager was very easy to get ahold of and he was on top of our concerns We would come back and vacation here again and recommend this beautiful home to anyone.

We loved our week together at this beautiful home. We had previously stayed in a smaller home in the neighborhood and selected this one for our larger group this time. The neighborhood is fantastic- quiet with sidewalks and close access to Publix, CVS, a playground, and of course the beach. It’s an easy walk to the beach- the closest access point has parasailing and banana boat rides, and the Crab Trap beach restaurant and several public beaches and touristy shops are also within walking distance. Traffic is bad in Destin in the summer, so that close access is important to us. We like time on the beach, not in the car! Bonus here as we could take some trips in the golf cart instead!! The house itself was awesome- spacious and well appointed for the number of guests. The kitchen is stocked well for the house capacity, there are enough seats for dining, and it’s fabulous to have enough bathrooms and parking space for everyone! The only space issue was in the living room- there is one living area with three couches that seat 9-12 people total. The backyard is amazing- nice pool with plenty of seating and hammocks. We had a couple of minor issues:questions come up while we were there, and the response from the owner was very quick. Overall, we would recommend this home and the owners!
