I along with my friends have rented the property,we enjoyed the stay.The property is maintained clean and neat.The house is fully furnished would recommend if anyone planning on a long stay

Property comfortable accommodated 6 adults, 1 infant, a three and six year old. Central air was a plus. Kitchen utensils, dishes, and appliances were well appointed. Quiet location. No traffic. Sandy community beach and nice playground. Thank you to owners!

Beautiful house with fenced-in yard,dog friendly

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially due to the pet-friendly yard and interior. The indoor fireplace and exterior deck were lovely! The hosts were friendly and quick to respond. We and the pups look forward to staying here again.

The home was dated and very expensive compared to similar properties …. Toilet upstairs was clogged going in and we found black ants a lot. Owner was attentive to my call and seemed nice.

Very nice, clean and organized. It made you a little nervous when you find out pictures of all dishes on cabinet door and you try to put everything back in same spot! Could be better if fire wood was provided. Enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

Stayed for a few days in February; 9 of us all together; 5 kids from 5-14, and 1 dog. The house itself was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone. And any questions we had the owners got right back to us. Great streets for walking the dog right around suissevsle and awesome hiking trails 5 minutes away at Castle in the Clouds. And the kids loved the sledding hill! Would definitely stay again.

Property was all as advertised. Bad winter storm led us there to find power was out. Nick and Tamara went above and beyond to make our stay a manageable adventure. Christmas miracle, power came back on next day! Couldn't have asked for any more from our hosts! Hope to visit again.

My family and our dog stayed at the property to do some hikes in the Castle in the Clouds area. The location was perfect and the house was a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Tamara’s home to attend wedding at castle in the clouds which is maybe 10 min s away. Great communication and so nice to be able to bring our well behaved dogs with us! Communication was always quick and owners are awesome.

We had a great stay at this property. The spacious livingroom allowed for a great visits. The fully equipped kitchen and nice neighborhood with local beach and picnic area made our stay easy. The adults enjoyed a fozzball tournament while the little ones enjoyed the outdoor play space located right in the yard.

Had a great time at our annual friend camping trip. Nick and Tamara’s home was very clean and easily fit the eight of us. Loved the game room.

Our family loved staying at this house especially because we could bring our golden retriever puppy. We have a very big family and there was plenty of room for all! We appreciated how well-stocked the house was with games and entertaining things for the kids to do. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time in Suissevale! The property was so clean and well maintained. Traveling with children can be challenging, but this home made it as easy and enjoyable as possible. The private beach is beautiful and convenient!

First thing I noticed upon walking into the property was the cleanliness of the entire house. Next thing I noticed,being a food service professional, was that it was a very very well-stocked rental. Private neighborhood Beach was excellent very clean no rocks also had a playground for little ones.The only inconvenience at the beach was that we could only bring down one car so we would drop people off return to the house and then return to the beach. But it was definitely worthwhile and a small inconvenience. The beach is a short ride away, but too far to walk. Any contact with the owners was responded to within minutes if not seconds. They were very helpful and very attentive to anything that may have come up. I also must say that no problems did come up and that says something in itself. I would happily rent this property again I would recommend it to friends and family. And I almost forgot, the property is very pet friendly.

Location was perfect! Rented with my cousin and her family, slept everyone comfortably. Beach was beautiful.

And the neighborhood beach is awesome. Could have stayed there forever

My family of 5 just got home from a 3 night getaway. We were able to hike the trails at Castle in the Clouds, ski Gunstock Mountain and explore quaint downtown Meredith. The house is situated in a nice community that has beautiful beach access to the lake. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The two king beds were super comfy and the kids loved sleeping in the loft. The best part of our getaway was that we brought our two dogs! They were safe in the fenced in area and loved hiking!

Loved the gas fireplace in the spacious living area. Very comfortable beds and bedding. We appreciated the fenced in area for kids and/or dogs. Quiet location, with nice roads for walking. Really enjoyed our stay.

The house was great, 3 total bedrooms with additional pullouts in the main living room & futon bed in basement area that can provide some privacy if 4th bedroom needed. The owners were wonderful, answered any questions within minutes! Very impressed with that! Check in and checkout were extended as they were able to this particular weekend, which was so appreciated. Would absolutely recommend!

It was a lovely property and the owners were incredibly helpful throughout! I would recommend this to a group smaller than 14 though as some of the couches could really only sleep one person.
