Unfortunately a road race at night occurred and the room we were in was not quiet because of the supporters screaming otherwise I’m sure it would have been better

Sehr leckeres Essen, auch mit Berücksichtigung von spezieller Ernährung.
Zimmer zur Straße sind sehr laut, weil die Straße viel befahren ist. Nach Tausch zur Rückseite des Hauses war es gut. Das ganze Haus ist alt, die Böden knarzen ober- und unterhalb der Zimmer. Lärmempfindlich sollte man nicht sein.

One of my favorite places to stay in the world! The breakfast is excellent! The room is well decorated, spacious, comfortable and a great view! The bed is perfect! I got a great purse in the gift shop. Bernadette is one in a million, more like staying at an old friend's house. Love the experience of staying at Ballard House!!!!!!!!!!!!

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Property was very charming and beautiful. Breakfast is included as well as complimentary beer, wine and soda. My bed was soft and comfortable. There was a nice big shower in my room and an electric fireplace. Very quiet on the inside, made sleeping very nice. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I was very impressed and will stay again.

This was a lovely old house, beautifully furnished and decorated so that it really kept it's character.
Bernadette couldn't have been a better host, nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were all amazing.
Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, wine and beer all freely available which was a nice touch.
It's just off the main road so very easy to get around, and wasn't at all noisy, even though we had a room overlooking the road.
Would definitely recommend!

Bernadette was amazing! Her daughter and staff also excellent! Felt like home. Having breakfast in my pajamas was wonderful! And..the food was outstanding...we would definitely recommend Ballard House Inn to friends. It was a wonderful experience on our 1st anniversary!

Bernadette the owner was delightful. Reasonably large, comfortable room. Very clean. Nice views of rolling hills from the back deck.
The support staff at breakfast offered some guests additional items (juice ... granola ...), but did not offer the same to other guests ~ very disappointing. Rooms facing the main road can be noisy with traffic, at any hour of the night.
