I found this condo to be exactly as advertised. It had everything I needed and was quite comfortable although the weather did not cooperate as much as I hoped. Pros: Lots of community walking available, paths, a Walgreens and some restaurants nearby. Dog Friendly, my little dog appreciated the dog door. Conveniently located, although in Green Valley you have to drive to get to most any retail or grocery store. I read previous reviews about a need for cleaning, I found the condo clean. The carpet and some bath fixtures are dated, but they were clean. Cons: More info on how to use and or pay for and get a recreation pass would have been nice. The form left on the counter was a little lacking. If I stayed longer, I would have used more community facilities. Once I received my confirmation email, I had a question, so I emailed the contact person listed. I never received a response to my email. I grill a lot and this place did not have a gas grill (none was advertised, I missed this). Overall, a good place to stay for up to four people. There is covered parking for one vehicle on site, additional parking is available just a short walk away.

We liked the home but thought it needed some deep cleaning. The carpet was very stained and dirty. I did some spot cleaning on it but it needs good carpet cleaner. The price was very good and location was perfect for us. Easy on and off the freeway

Well equipped villa close to everything in Green Valley. I could walk or ride my bike for shopping and golf. The community is very friendly and the neighborhood is quiet, even though it is only 2 blocks to La Canada, the major north/south route in GV. A very pleasant 2 week stay while I waited for my GV home to close.

The owner John was more than welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We would stay there again if we come to Green Valley.

a spacious, light filled condo with comfortable furniture. A welcoming landlord who made sure we had everything we needed. Our small dog was welcome too had a secure patio & doggie door to reach. A very good first experience for us in Green Valley.
