Beautiful condo that was well equipped! Lots of pans, dishes, cutlery, etc in the kitchen. We loved the beach equipment they had available too! Chairs for all 6 of us, boogie boards, beach toys and even an umbrella! The outside patio furniture was very comfortable and we spent many hours there. That was also typically where we ate our meals. I was worried being close to the pool would be noisy but it wasn’t at all and it was so convenient for our kids to be right outside our condo. The beds were comfortable and we would definitely recommend staying here! We would book this condo again!

Well kept 2b + 2b condo in Wailea. Ideal location off of the main road and close to the pool. Lovely, large lanai, perfect for dining and happy hour. Updates throughout condo, only untouched room was main bathroom. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again.

This property is so nice! The condo is nicely updated and the grounds are gorgeous. Love that the pool is just steps away from the lanai. The sunsets are amazing, especially from the lookout. Saw many whales from up there. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. Everything you need for the beach is there for you to use. Close to shops and beaches. Angela is very responsive and an excellent host. I would definitely recommend staying here. If we make it back to Maui in the future, I will definitely book here again.

We enjoy our stay in 1305 as it has a great location proximity to the pool and some view of the ocean and sunsets! For some it may be too close to the pool as it can be quite noisy with the hot tub jets and bubbles and just overall people talking but for us it makes it easy for us to get the most used from the pool. It has been nicely updated and we will be back !

We had an amazing stay at this property! There were 6 of us—my husband, myself, our three kids (ages 6, 3, 11 months), and my mom. There was plenty of space for all of us. We loved so many things about this property! First off, the location in the complex absolutely cannot be beat. It is very close to the pool which was great for our young kids and for my mom who was with us to help take care of our baby. We would plug in his baby monitor outside and could hear it from the pool when he woke from his nap. That gave us alot more flexibility! The grounds at the complex are beautifully kept and we enjoyed every meal out on the amazing Lani. My moms favorite thing to do was sit out with her coffee first thing in the morning and listen to all the birds, it was just so peaceful. And even with the close distance to the pool, we never felt that it got too loud. The unit has everything you need and the master bed was very comfortable! Angela was a pleasure to work with—very thoughtful, kind, and accommodating. We will absolutely be back!

What a wonderful stay! My husband and I shared this condo with my 80 year old gramma and our 5 year old son. We had family on site in two additional condos The proximity to the pool was perfect and the condo had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Mahalo!

This property was in a great location on Maui. The condo was just steps from the pool. It was a lovely large place. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy their time in Maui. Angela was very easy to work with and got back to me right away.

This condo has the best location at the Palms. Magnificent sunset ocean views and a huge lanai end unit close to the beautiful pool and spa. Could not be happier.

The Palms is a beautiful property and this unit is in a perfect location. The condo had plenty of room for all of us, with a well stocked kitchen and extra touches like a basket full of beach towels. The best part though was the lanai where every evening we had perfect view of the sunset down the hill. We enjoyed several lovely dinners out there after picking up take-out from of the many restaurants in Kihei. We would definitely rent this property again!!

Great location in Wailea close to numerous beaches. The condo is steps from the pool with very nice views from the Lanai.

Really enjoyed our stay in this unit, in this complex. It is a large unit which is really good for teenagers. The covered outdoor dining area was a bonus as it gave an additional outdoor living space and was excellent for entertaining other family staying on the property. In December, when we were visiting, I could sit on the patio and see the sun setting. It is close to the pool which made for some noise, but the pool is not super loud and the proximity to it also allowed us to notice quieter times and we would go swim/hottub then. Lots of nice areas to walk. The walk to the closest beach is a bit far with all our gear so we mostly drove. But it's doable just nicer if you can get a ride back at the end of the day. The complex was build in the 70s so it has an older feeling but I also marvel that only a complex built back then would have a large landscaped river and lawn area running down the middle which really gives a feeling of space from other units. I might have a few minor suggestions - the carpet is starting to show wear, and a few more bed linens would be great - except if this place got a full reno it wouldn't be in my price range! And it was well priced compared to other listings. Thanks for a relaxing and fun stay!

#1305 was nothing short of perfect. It is beautifully decorated, spacious, perfectly located by the pool and offers the dreamiest sunsets. The management could not have been more thorough and easy to work with as they explained everything very well from Check-in to check-out. They also offered so many extras such as towels, boogie boards, sand toys, a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning along with ceiling fans so you can choose which way you want to cool off after a warm day. . Thank you “The Palms 1305” for making this week nothing short of perfect!.

The condo is near some of the best beaches . Also near by is the access to the pool and spa made it convenient for the family. Patio area has great sitting for outside reading and dining.

What a wonderful condo! Great location in Wailea, great location being next to the pool within the complex. You even get a view of the water! Everything was so nice, we couldn't be happier with our stay here, everything was so comfortable. Loved the king size bed!!

Our family of four with twin teen boys loved this property. Plenty of space for all, laundry and the kids separate bathroom was ideal. Lanai is lovely location to pool. Quiet area which was a nice retreat after sightseeing. Would definitely recommend.

The Palms is one the best locations in terms of value in Wailea. This unit is close to the pool, which is great for kids. You can stay on the lanai and watch them play. The condo is a little outdated and a few things need repaired. That said, it’s quiet, the beds are comfy and it’s well equipped with kitchen items and beach stuff. We had a great time on Maui and would stay here again!

We enjoyed the Palms of Wailea property very much and the condo was spacious and the master bedroom very comfortable and very nice. The patio was enjoyed by all and the living room furniture comfortable and very nice. Overall we really enjoyed being close to the pool and the patio area and the property owners were very responsive and communication was enjoyable and with great ease. There are a few things that I think need to be be upgraded. The clothes closet in the guest bedroom is off it's rails which are warped and it is very difficult to open and close. The wooden panels that close off the guest bedroom from the rest of the house were very hard to maneuver. It may need some oil or grease on the rails. The beds in the guest bedroom are difficult for older guests to be sleeping on....they were very uncomfortable ...meant for younger lightweight children. Also the property has lots of Ants. We found them in and outside the condo.

The location was the best part with the massive lanai that is so close to the pool. Kids loved it. The property is so laid back and low key. We would stay here again, for sure!

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect, the property was gorgeous, and we absolutely loved the wrap around lanai! There was a pack n play and a high chair, which was really nice because we were traveling with our 16-month-old. Being so close to the pool was an added bonus. It was easy to bring our little one in for a quick swim and the baby monitor even reached the outer edge of the pool area so we could sit out while she napped. We hope to return to Maui one day and would definitely stay here again!

The property is beautiful. The interior is well-maintained and lovely. We were too close to the pool for our comfort. We like to sit on the lanai and not hear the noise from the pool. Other than that, it was a wonderful unit and Maui is always our go to place.

We loved the condo and the location. One of the best properties we have ever stayed at. Owner was great working with us through the COVID time. Can not wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Palms! The unit had everything we needed, and we especially loved the huge outdoor lanai. As a family of 5 with young daughters, our girls loved the close proximity to the pool and being on the ground floor. We came home already planning when we can return! Thank you for such a well equipped condo (cooler, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, sand toys, etc.) and providing a place that really felt like home.

We loved our stay at The Palms! Cynthia (and her sister Angela) were readily available and answered all questions....perfect hosts! The condo was immaculate, and location was perfect for our family. Our kids especially loved the proximity to the pool, and the large lanai is great for family meals and relaxing. The grounds of the complex are beautiful, and even the sounds of the birds chirping made the experience even more dreamy. The condo came equipped with everything we needed, and the closet with beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, etc was especially great! We are hoping to book here again, it was awesome!!! This condo is in a great location, close to beautiful beaches and good restaurants. The condo is very nice in a great complex with lots of amenities!

I stayed at this condo for 2.5 weeks, and loved every day of it. The location was great, the condo was fully stocked, the king bed was exceptionally comfortable, and Cynthia (the owner) was amazing. Great communication and customer service. I'd definitely stay here again!

Kitchen is well equipped. We cooked in 100% due to covid and had a wonderful time.
