Really enjoyed the view and the oversized balcony. Walkable to center off gulf shores. Unit was very clean. Only suggestions would be to install black out curtains in both bedrooms. 2nd BR had no curtains at all and is right off the outdoor walkway. The lights are really bright outside for safety reasons.

Beautiful views, plenty of room, well furnished condo for a week full of family fun and much needed relaxation! Condo is convenient to anything you might need to complete your beach experience. Wonderful place to relax, unwind, and enjoy all the beach has to offer!

BEAUTIFUL Condo!! We had a great time. Beds were better than most but too soft. Only issue we had were that the Toilets were like Kindergarden toilets. They were sooooo LOW to the floor.... LOL But it was what it was. Only reason I am mentioning them is because I have back issues.

The place is just as advertised and cannot beat the view! For our first time in Gulf Shores, this place did not disappoint. We only snagged and issue with key fobs not working, but it was rectified immediately.

We were so happy with the condo.Very clean ..very nice comfortable furniture..plenty of kitchen tools and dishes..pots and pans.Our oven was not heating correctly so maintenance came in and looked at it..after less then a week working with itrip keeping in contact about the oven ...the wonderful owner decided to replace ALL the appliances with brand new ones.So happy..booked for next year again.Thanks for a stress free vacation in your beautiful little beach town.Highly recommended itrip for all your vacation needs.

Cute condo! We enjoyed our stay! 12th floor was amazing for the fireworks show! Beds super comfy. Shower/tubs were a bit small but nothing that will stop us from coming back! Sliding door was HEAVYYY, but gave me a little relief having a 3 yr old on the 12th floor! Vaccum needs to be replaced. Overall a great Stay! We'll be back in the future!! 😁

The property was experienced just as it was listed! It was a perfect weekend. The view was breathtaking and it was a relaxing and refreshing weekend. Thank you! Will be back.

The room was amazing - great view, clean, in a good location. I would stay again and recommend this highly! It was me and my teenage sons and they loved the pool/hot tub and easy access to the beach.

This place was amazing! Everything was spot on and we had a great time! Fastest elevators in town - lol.

Good location. Right across street from pier 33 store which carries alot of the essentials( food. Sunscreen. etc,etc) Direct beach access and a spot for you to wash the sandboff before returning to room.

All good - except had trouble opening the sliding doors, guest tub drain was slow and needs a reserved parking.

The unit was as described. The balcony ran around the corner and was of a huge convenience for bike storage. Everything that was essential was in operable condition. Also, loved the balcony access from bedroom! I would most likely book again.

Just my husband and myself. It was a beautiful condo. We completely enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay the week following Thanksgiving. The end unit - 1201 - had a larger balcony and we spent lots of time there enjoying the Sun and the waves. Everything inside 1201 worked well (although TV controllers seem always to be more complicated than they should be.) We are ‘older’ - and the toilets (clean and in good repair) seemed lower than most. But this would present no problem to most guests. Things start closing down in Gulf Shores after Thanksgiving - but we don’t mind it. The beach was clean and the facilities were good. We will probably return. Thanks!

Our vacation started off terribly because of very poor cleaning of the property. It was stressed to us that we could not check in before 4:00pm or we would be charged. The reason was so that the property could be thoroughly cleaned and inspected prior to our check in. However, the floors were not cleaned and there was chocolate smeared over much of the furniture inside and on the balcony. After three cleanings, the floors were still not very clean. I did ask if the property had been inspected but did not receive a reply to that question. We do have pictures of the mess we walked in to. Trying to be fair to the management company, we were refunded half of the cleaning fee. It would have been better if we had received the full amount. We will agree that the condo was in a good area and, since it was right on the beach, the view was great. The weather was perfect through our whole stay. Two other issues: the cable company had to send a tech to get the TV to work, and he was great; even though there were plenty of knives, none were very sharp.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is so convenient and located by lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, and places to shop! The location of the unit is fantastic because it is on the very end of the building. This makes a huge difference having windows down the outside wall of the unit. It gives more visibility and more light! The view from the balcony is amazing and we loved the way It wrapped around the side and was so spacious! We enjoyed the hot tub, the pool, the sauna, the workout room, and even the pool table! The property was very quiet and felt very private. This will probably be an annual trip for us before dropping our kids off at college. We absolutely loved the place and the convenience of being right on the beach as well as everything else I have mentioned!

We had an overall amazing experience with itripvacation. Check in was extremely fast & easy, the location was very convenient, and the property was extremely well-kept & clean! We will definitely be booking through itripvacation again.

Location was great, condo was clean and nicely decorated. View from the wrap around balcony was AMAZING! Although all the amenities that are listed were present, they are not well maintained and were somewhat disappointing. Hot tub jets not really working, pool sticks were all broken, sauna was great but difficult to use because the dial was unreadable for the temperature. Pool was nice but really only for children because of the size (cut in half to be half indoors)

I have rented several condos in the area and this one has been my favorite. There was so much natural light, it was as if the condo and beach were one! It was so nice that I came up with a new word! This condo is Beachtastic!!!😎

The property was exactly as listed. It was clean, comfortable and had a stunning view. We loved the easy beach access, all the beach life and that we were walking distance to fantastic restaurants. Amenities were all in working order and management was very friendly.

We had such an incredible time! Just like the pictures. And the resort was nice. Good pool. So so close to the beach. If I had to complain about 1 thing, it would be the bed was bad. But honestly a bed that isn't your own is always bad. So I can't even complain about that. Everything was wonderful and we had the best time!

The perfect place for a nice getaway! Listening to the ocean every night was so peaceful!

My family of four stayed in this unit in March 2022 during spring break. The condo was beautiful and has an incredible view of the ocean. We saw dolphins many of the mornings. The condo is close enough to walk to restaurants, ice cream, and shopping too. Our only complaint would be the property’s hot tub, which was usually not anything close to hot. It would have been nice to use on cooler days but because of the temp we stayed away. We did not report the issue but other tenants did. The indoor pool and game room were great to have on a rainy day.

The views from this unit are truly spectacular. Sunrises were incredible. This unit was absolutely immaculate. Kudos to the cleaning crew as there was not so much as a speck of dust anywhere in the unit. I'm one that looks at ceiling fans, vent fans, baseboards, etc., and everything was spotless! This was my first time to Gulf Shores and my first time as a snowbird, and I could not have chosen a better location or condo. This condo was perfect in virtually every way and the I-trip vacation rental staff were always super pleasant and responsive anytime I called with a question. The location of the building is good as there are lots of restaurants, activities and shopping within easy driving distance, or walking (if you like to walk, which I do). I have only positive thing to say about this condo and my experience. I would definately stay here again in a heart beat! In fact, I wish I was still there now!!

Before we made our reservation, we read the reviews and looked at the pictures. The pictures don’t do the unit justice. The views (yes, from every window) are fantastic. We were blessed to have gorgeous weather most of our time. The only issues we had: * the parking permit wasn’t provided; we made a call and it was promptly delivered * due to operator error (us), the TV in the living room wasn’t getting a signal. We called the place listed in the check in instructions, and after a most friendly conversation, discovered the correct ‘Source’ to use. Problem solved. We did smell a dog smell upon checking in. It disappeared after a few hours. The elevators were mostly quick. The door lock was very convenient and worked well. We liked having the washer and dryer as we packed less items. The beds were quite comfortable. The water pressure in the bathrooms was very good. There was a generous supply of towels and washcloths. Bottom line: we were thrilled with our stay!

Great location and large enough to accommodate four adults, a toddler, and a newborn. We will definitely be back!

Condo was beautiful and comfortable. We really appreciated the quick response by maintenance when we had questions or experienced problem with garbage disposal. Went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our visit. The views are awesome, great location, close to everything. Comfortable beds. Super fast elevator. Cons: Very limited supplies. Remember to bring your extra toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, spices etc. Will definitely be back!

This is one of the cleanest condos I have stayed on in the gulf coast. The following are just a few recommendations to send this amazing listing over the top. The cleaning smell was extremely strong upon arrival and lingered for a couple of days.One of the chairs in the living room has a big brown head/shoulder spot from sweat, suntan lotion, Grease. I have no doubt it was clean but the visible stains persist. The doors are VERY difficult to slide open. An elderly couple would certainly have much trouble. Overall the experience was wonderful, I would stay here again. A few minor tweaks would really pull this condo together.
