The owner was very responsive. The neighborhood was great with restaurants close enough to walk! The beach was just a few houses away. I loved my stay.

Although local to the area we chose to rent close to a wedding we were attending for the weekend. We fell in love with this rental. It was the perfect space in the perfect location. We are excited to come back when the weather is warmer and try out the pool!

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a picture-perfect beachy FL cottage. The unit was very clean and well-appointed and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, offering a leisure walk to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and a few specialty shops. Beautiful sunrise from the beach; I went to St. John's Pier on Wednesday morning for sunrise and shopped at the Farmer's Market. Easy contact with owners, check-in was a breeze. We would return; we loved our stay.

A quick walk to the beach! Pool was truly heated so we could enjoy on a cool day. Easy drive into downtown St. Augustine. Plenty of space for the 4 of us!

Loved our stay!!! The beach house, pool, location, being steps from the beach can not be beat! The house is short walk to several restaurants and downtown is in close proximity. This is a great place to stay and would definitely book again!

The location of this property is fantastic, walking distance to beach, restaurants and coffee! We stayed in the upstairs unit and it was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out and plenty of outdoor furniture, both on the porch and by the pool for everyone to hang out. Would definitely stay here again!

We leave love St. Augustine Beach, and Seascape 2 is the perfect location for an easy walk to the beach or a short drive to the historic district. The property was clean, comfortable, and pet friendly. It’s perfect for two couples since both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. We met the downstairs neighbors, but we never heard them when we were upstairs. The pool access is an added perk. We will definitely check for availability for our next visit.

This spacious and clean little gem is perfect! We truly enjoyed our time here and will be back for sure. The living room furniture could use some updating but other than that it was a great home away from home. Highly recommend the Mexican restaurant across the street!

This unit is in a great location, nicely decorated and mostly clean. My family has stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, this unit does need a little TLC. There’s noticeable dust on areas, the 2nd bedroom has a really off putting smell coming from the vent, kitchen could be better stocked with cookware and definitely need new pillows/bedding. The condo does have a spacious feel which is great. Additionally the condo is just a few steps from the beach.

Excellent location for walking to beach and restaurants

This is the perfect location for a St. Augustine beach trip. Steps away from the beach, a short walk to several great restaurants, and a short drive to historic St. Augustine.

The property is just like it looks in the listing but my stay there was not too pleasant. When we arrived there was some dust in the fans and a dead cockroach in one of the bathroom. The comforters looked very used and had some stains, and the AC did not really keep the living room area cool. On top of this while staying in this property , we had to deal with a very rude person staying in the downstairs unit. First while my children were using the pool this man went to the pool area to just stared at them angrily and didn’t even say anything. Later on we heard some loud banging that sounded as if he was banging the ceiling from downstairs after we all went to sleep. And the next day we where contacted by the property owner David , saying the downstairs guest where complaining about the noise . I tried to contact the owner three different times and received no response to our concern regardless of this situation with the other guests. So overall St. Augustine is definitely a place worth visiting but I would choose another property to stay at.

The location of this house made this our favorite stay in Saint Augustine and we’ve been coming for years. Our family walked to the beach in 30o steps just like the description said, we walked to mini golf, Publix was right down the road, and my husband and I enjoyed walking to this great coffee shop Kookaburra. The house was clean and we were thankful for the outside shower and hide especially to wash our dogs.

This is a wonderful property in a great location. This was our second stay here and it was fabulous.

My 4th year renting the top floor of this great beach house in Saint Augustine. Great location, impeccable condition with a management team that is very responsive. I would highly recommend it for a short stay or for a couple months like I do every March/April

Wonderful location, 5 minute walk to the ocean, restaurants closer, 15 minute drive to downtown. The property is clean with new appliances with great AC. The heated pool is also great! I’ve stayed a number of places over the years in st. Augustine … this property met all my expectations above others … a home away from home!

We were fortunate enough to spend 3 weeks at this wonderful rental. We were upstairs which gave us and dogs a great outdoor space to enjoy. It was very clean and loved being able to walk to the beach. Would highly recommend this location.

Seascape 2 was the perfect place to stay for our St. Aug vacation. The location was right in the middle of everything, with multiple food options, shops, and cafés all within walking distance. It was an easy walk to the beach, which was just a couple of minutes away. The beach house was very nice and clean. There was a beautiful pool connected, and they even supplied beach chairs. The hosts are easy to communicate with if necessary. We will definitely be staying here again when we return in the future.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. We had everything we could possibly have needed for our 10 day stay. The proximity to the beach could not have been much better. A short walk down our street and we were at the beach…. No crossing busy highways….The pool was an added bonus that I found more useful than I thought it would be. Evening swims without having to leave the property…… The unit had nice appliances including a washer and dryer so our return home didn’t include tons of dirty laundry. There was also a nice gas grill to barbecue on. Would absolutely book this house again.

We loved the everything about the property. The location to the beach was a short walk. The pool was a great refresher and the short drive to downtown St. Augustine was great. We had a relaxing time. We would definitely stay again.
