Stay Together/Jockey Club room PH 1124 was outdated, the 1 bedroom wall did not go to the ceiling nor had a door. Only 1 bathroom. The so call sitting area was tiny with a futon, if you open the futon, you had to crawl onto from end to lie down. There was a non working TV, maintenance states could not find a remote so the TV could be used. The TV sat on dresser that would butt up to the futon if futon was open. A room with 2 queen beds was ok, but room had no lounge chair. Another small room had a bed that you would have to crawl onto from the foot end, the sides of bed was right against the wall. There were bar stools. The kitchen area was nice & updated. FALSE advertisement. I booked a room with 2 bathrooms, which this room did not have. I was OVERCHARGED for the outdated room that had 1 bathroom. The Jockey Club/ Stat Together location was terrific , it was next to Bellagio and Cesar’s Palace was next to Bellagio. I will NOT recommend to anyone coming to Las Vega NV to stay at Stay Together suites. THE ROOM WITH WALLS AND CLOSET, CAN BE MADE BIGGER & WALLS NEED TO GO CEILING. 2 BATHROOMS ARE NEEDED

Close to Cosmo

No instructions for key pickup, no instructions when we got dropped off at cosmo. We asked about the bathroom, we were told there was 2 for the 3 bedrooms

The location of the room in the building was horrible, we paid all of that money for a penthouse with no view. We opened the curtains to see a huge wall. The wifi kicked us off every 10 minutes so we kept having to sign in over and over. Also more realistic pictures should be taken because the space was so off compared to the pictures. Entirely overpriced for the walls and ceiling to look the way that they did. The photos are really deceiving, that is all we have to say.

If you go to Vegas don't stay here. It's privately owned and a bs hassle. It says 3 bedroom but it's not. It's a 2 bedroom, if you even want to consider it that and the '3rd' bedroom is a closet with a bed. The closet won't even close and there's no vent in there. The place was poorly cleaned. Nothing dusted or wiped down. Sheets weren't clean. The '5th' bed/futon was broken. We were informed that a cleaning service should be hired for these privately owned suites especially during COVID-19, but I assure you there was not. We arrived and had to check in an hr after check in. When we finally recieved the okay they were still cleaning the room. I believe it was the owners wife, she was nice but her kids were also in there and I didn't see any real cleaning done. The fridge took a day and a half to make drinks cold. Mind you, everything was addressed the first night we arrived there and still nothing was resolved. It was for my sister's 21st birthday so that was embarrassing. You can't ask for more towels or anything because they tell u to get ahold of the person that owns the room, and that was a subject all on it's own. The only good thing about this room is the location. When we checked out we cleaned up most of the trash and put the towels by the door trying to make it easier on the 'cleaning lady'. The deposit for the room was almost $600 even though the website says 3 something. The owner charged me after we checked out and left. For the full amount! Saying we left it trashed! Um I'm pretty sure it looked like that when we arrived. he said the room was dirty and there was trash left and dirty dishes. Ummmm news flash, we didn't even use the dishes. So obviously nothing was really cleaned before we got there. He said towels were stained? With what? Make-up? Wash them in hot water and sanitize the place please.

the location isn’t horrible but you might as well just stay inside the actual casino save yourself the time

we stayed in the stay together room about a month ago and i was just charged for 200 dollars randomly it’s almost impossible to get these people to respond to anything.
