Easily accessible, was very clean, staff very welcoming, ohh the garden was soo beautiful.

The tvs were not working in other rooms.

The gardens are beautiful and the bed was amazing. Luxury all the way!

Nothing everything was perfect!

The location was perfectly positioned to visit cafes, the beach and activities. The aesthetic of the place is breath taking. We truly enjoyed the furnishing of the apartment.

Upon arrival the receptionist was in a rush to leave instead of making sure everything is in order. We got into a room with no towels and were rushing for event but spent more time calling the whatsapp number and running around the villa to get assistance. We eventually found a cleaner that was about to leave and asked to please rectify the issues. We were sadly late to our event and had a shocking first impression. Returning to the room to use the bathroom facilities, our room started flooding. We thereafter tried to stop the water, save the carpet and make sure no damage occurs. It was a horrific night for us. There was no staff available to help or assist which is poor service delivery. The next day we checked out with a promise we would get a refund or another night free as an apology to which a month has passed and we received absolutely no feedback. I would highly recommend anyone to think twice about booking at this venue. For the amount we paid to the service and stressful stay we endured we will no recommend this place or come back.

The family suite is comfortable and luxurious as well as being really clean. Lorraine was a most gracious hostess always ensuring that we were comfortable. The other staff were also very helpful. The garden is beautiful and well cared for. The villa itself is central.......the beach is within walking distance and the mall is about a 10 minute drive.

Limited water on our last day but that was due to the terrible storm the night before...... nobody's fault .

Very nice especially if your looking for something quiet a bit more in nature, yet still close to all the beaches.

There were some quests who played music too load and especially in such a peaceful place this was a bit disturbing.

The location was good, walkable distance to the beach and some restaurants. Hotel manager is nice.

Unfortunately my cellphone disappeared from my room, the only other person who entered the room was the cleaning staff. She claims she saw the phone but left it there, very dissapointing. All we got was a sorry which obviously doesn't help in anyway. The rooms could do with better cleaning, had to call to remove some spider webs from the ceiling.
