Excellent location and comfortable beds

The only thing we liked at this hotel was the location and that's where it ends.

It wasn't clean, we found a dirty, damp towel with makeup on the back of the bathroom door. The bed cover was old and coming apart. There were tea and coffee facilities but no cups to drink these in. The noise was also very, very loud. Lucky it was only one night here for us.

Very good location, clean modern rooms. Only payed £15 extra to get the room 5 hours earlier than check in

Hotel reception and public area could do with updating- but can’t complain for price.

Location was great and so was the breakfast

Hotel is well placed if you are looking for a central location to access trainstation and explore the city. If you are looking for more quiet location and don't need the central railway station to travel around, I guess it would be nicer to choose other hotels more out of the central locations.

There is a maze of staircases, which is understandable as those are several historical buildings connected and refurbished. If you are having any kind of movement problems, you should tell it to the receptionist otherwise it might be a bit of a challenge to follow several staircases. Otherwise cozy and nicely placed hotel. Breakfast was good enough, nothing extraordinary, but totally enough to start the day.

Nos hicieron esperar más de 3 horas porque la habitación no estaba lista y cuando entramos finalmente en la habitación olía a vinagre fortísimo y encima nos dieron una habitación en la parte del sótano, sin luz natural y oliendo fatal toda la planta.
