Staff are great and genuine friendly and helpful. The hotel, which consists from different buildings - hotel, apartments, villas, pools. Location is in the middle of Playa de Palma, close to the beach, in the peaceful and silent area (at least building we were). Breakfast tasteful, in abundance and variety of food Clean. Value for money.

The building we were is old and should undergo refurbishment. It's clean, but furniture, bathroom, lighting, interior, air-conditioning... should be renovinated. Probably because of all this, price for rooms in this building is much lower than for the rest of the complex

Our stay here was wonderful, confortable beds, we had access to all the facilities the hotel offered, the breakfast was very good, a good mix of healthy food like vegetables and fruits. The hotel was close to the beach and we had nice restaurants around. Bus station close and you can go to Palma. I loved the lush vegetation the hotel has, pleasant walk to terra, with trees around. Pools clean.Very nice. You can have air conditioner and hair dryer if you leave a deposit, i loved they had that feature. Every staff is friendly and say hi.

I did not like that the bed sheets and pillows had stains. Probably very old so they were stained. They say they come change the sheets and towels daily.That did not happen. One day they changed the sheets, one day the towels, i wish they state that when you check in. Also you could hear everything through the walls...not so pleasant. Houm nets need to do a bit of renovating, like change the doors, some woodwork, and pain the walls as some have water stains on them. I think these are the things that need improvement.

Everything was very goood. The staff was very kind. The food was delicious and wide variety.

The hotel is wonderful, the courtyard with the swimming pool is phenomenal, breakfast and dinner are delicious with a large selection of different dishes. The hotel employees were friendly and helpful, we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.

The rooms were a smaller than we expected and the light od the terrace did not work. A hairdryer was not available in the bathroom.

Access to all 4 pools and cleaning service every day, Awesome breakfast too

Location/proximity to the beach and restaurants/cafes. Fantastic breakfast.

To begin with, the photos were misleading since most of them were taken from Houm Plaza Son Rigo and not the one we were about to stay (Houm Nets). Tiny room, not suitable as a double. No blackout curtains, to bright and hot early in the morning. No hairdryer. A/C remote control nowhere to be found, no replenishment for shampoos everyday and they were small sample sized sachets, we had to ask for them almost every day. They didn't clean the room or empty the bins in toilet even when we used the label "Please clean my room". Tolerance with noisy residents, security seemed absent. Swimming pool not so clean, closed most of the day, very few umbrellas, and some broken. Lift out of order the day we arrived, we had to carry our luggage by stairs. Not recommended without renovation/refurbishment which is urgently needed.

The location of the hotel was near the beach and there was 3 pools in the hotel property. The breakfast was very good, you could choose from many different types of food. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Amazing place with exceptional facilities. Staff could have been friendlier but all in all I would definitely recommend staying here.

The rooms are a bit older and not too big, but comfortable beds and lovely balcony. Breakfast and dinner was very good too, as well as the entertainment in the evenings.

We left the small towels on the bathroom floor one day. Later that day the same (dirty) towels had been put back on the rack.

The only thing is our room was in what looked like the abandoned bit of the hotel - so quite a little walk from the main grounds of the hotel & our bathroom kept flooding a bit.

Hotel Houm Nets was closed, we were upgraded to the Houm Plaza Son Rigo which was fantastic. Huge apartment, very well equipped. Bus stop right outside the hotel. Which is convenient for Palma city and airport. Would stay here again.

They tried to charge us twice for the tourist tax and offered us a takeaway breakfast on the last morning which didn’t materialise. Disappointing end to a great stay.

The staff was amazing. Really nice people. They made me feel like home. The restaurant is amazing. Totally amazing. Good selection of different dishes. Really good breakfast! The location is also perfect. Less than 5 minutes to the beach. The bedroom was good. Nice bed!.

The Nets building where I stayed needs some maintenence. It needs painting. The lift has the doors a bit oxidated and the floor also needs some maintenance. Overall, the Nets building lacks maitenance.

At the reception I was served by Joachim.He was very professional,nice.The check in went very smoothly.I had room in Houm Nets/2 star/comfortable,clean,better than I expected.Breakfast and dinner enjoyble! A lot of choices,meat,fish,vegetebles,desserts.Different couisines of the world.Food presentation very good ,prepared delicious,tasteful.Mary always invited us with smile.at the restaurant.Big thank you for all of you !
