The hotel was in a great place for sightseeing. It was comfortable and staff were very friendly.

There was work being carried out opposite our room, which we were not informed about. And although work didn't start until 8.30 - 9am we were on holiday and were unable to enjoy a lie in due to noise. Although the hotel boasts a rooftop bar, unfortunately it was closed when we wanted to use it 😢. We also discovered that nobody manned the piano bar either, so no drinks for customers.... The shower was pitiful with no pressure and once we had showered we received a phone call from reception to say that the fire detector had gone off in our room.... no sound was heard by myself or my husband, which worries me due to the fact if there was a fire how would we know.... I think this is a health and safety issue 🤔 If these things are sorted it would be a fantastic hotel. 😀

Turn left and there is the centraal train station. Turn right and you will land in the main square. 10 points for location. The room is with a tea coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, toiletries and an empty minibar. A lot of English channels on the tv.

We had a night when there was no hot water running in the taps. It was fixed the next morning. Staff were very prompt and helpful.

Muy mal el personal. Nunca me trataron peor en mi vida y llevo cientos de hoteles visitados ya. Teníamos prisa en el check in porque teníamos concertada una visita y no nos alojaban por un problema en su TPV (nos dijeron varias veces que en 2 min estaba solucionado pero para nada), de forma que no podían cobrarnos. No nos permitían alojarnos y pagar en cualquier otro momento del día en el que les funcionara. Tras bastante tiempo esperando (y perder nuestra visita concertada) accedieron a alojarnos sin el pago y que pagara en el check out. Todo esto fue ocurriendo con muy malas maneras y muy poca educación. Trato nefasto. Nada recomendado. Hay muchos hoteles con mejor relación calidad precio.

The hotel's prime location, nestled near bustling shops, restaurants, and the iconic Grand Market, made it a convenient choice for me to do business and enjoy local attractions. Inside, I was impressed with the exceptional cleanliness of the bedroom and the WiFi was great throughout the hotel. The recommendations (restaurants, shops) by the concierge were also very good.

The aging carpets in the hallways and outdated furniture in the breakfast area hinted at a need for refurbishment. The morning buffet, while promising, left something to be desired. The selection lacked variety and local flavors. I anticipated a more expansive spread, including diverse hot items and authentic local dishes to truly capture the essence of Brussels and Belgium.

This is a hotel that may have seen better days, but that still remains very strategically located within comfortable walking distance to the Grand Place, restaurants, the Brussels-Central station, etc. The staff was very welcoming and accomodating, including about us leaving our luggage overnight while in Bruges. The room was quite spacious, with comfortable beds, storage and working desk; the decor a bit to the older side with some refreshment and maintenance in need. Again, housekeeping was very helpful providing us with more suitable bedding covers upon request and very good room servicing.

Considering the many other surrounding offers within same cost-range, a bit of 'uplift' from the 70's decor would be welcome, hopefully fixing not only dated facilities but also some of maintenance related issues in the process: e.g. heavy leaking glass shower partition, a couple of burned decor lights and one of the elevators recurrent 'refusal' to go-up or stop at our floor. The later was particularly anoying and despite raising the attention to the problem, still not fixed after 4 days.

We stayed in one of the suites and the room was beautiful with everything we could ask for. Our view was of the Grand Place tower and we could watch the night light show from our room.

The secret rooftop bar was only open one of the three nights we were there. And it closed at 1030. The red wine I had was the worst wine I have ever had but the bar staff gave me a different drink when I brought it to their attention.

The beds were really good. I enjoyed the night. The bath is long enough for a tall person. Enough pillows on the bed. The location is great, everything is on walk distance.

When I arrived at the hotel, I told him the name on the reservation, the girl told me she couldn’t find my reservation, I showed her my confirmation which said still confirmed, she told me that the reservation was cancelled, which I didn’t do. After a while she said she can get me a room, but it was a bit more than what I should’ve pay than on bookin.com. Overall, it was still acceptable. The room was okay, it wasn’t very clean, I saw some dust in the closet, the walls we’re a bit dirty but I get that they can’t do a lot about that. The prices on the menu were really high.
