- The bathroom is a bit tiny. toilet is quite close to the water sink. If you're too tall, this can be an issue. - Street-facing side can be noisy with traffic

This is my second time staying at the hotel. It is perfectly located for the train station, tourist spots, shopping, restaurants and cafes. My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are professional, helpful and friendly

Location is best. Right in front of the bus stop and grand place is only 3-4 mins walk and also saying gudula cathedral is close. The staff is top notch , highly helpful. They will make you feel at home. Interior of common areas are so eye catching.

Room floor cleanliness could be better and also if they could place carpet floor that would be superb

Very convenient location We stay here for tomorrowland weekend its easy to walk to the bus parking point, near the Gare du Central for Brugges and Ghent near the Grand Place and shopping area look safe at night The room is spacious , clean and well equipped The staffs are helpful Easy checkout and check in

If the breakfast is included will be perfect ( but there is a foodserver you can buy)

Wonderful! Very modern with fantastic location, and comfortable rooms. Loved the lobby area with coffee, beer and cocktails available. Definitely would recommend and stay again next time.

The room was small and gloomy. The carpet was dirty and smelled bad-in need of a serious deep clean.

We were travelling with an infant and the room felt rather small with the cot, luggage and pram in the room. However I would stay here again as everything else was great.

Excellent location, great staff, very comfortable lobby, perfect to hang out and have a drink or a complimentary coffee, which was available at all times! The pool table was also fun.

A few things that ought to be fixed, in my opinion. No towel hangers in the bathroom, which needed more thorough cleaning by the way. Yes the staff did empty the bin upon our request, since it had not been emptied after the last guest, but the toilet bowl needs to be spotless at all times and especially for your next guest! And please do not tell me that I should have told you so :) Hard pillows (but almost all hotels have bad pillows, a global conspiracy I guess). And last but certainly not least, the ventilation fan that would not be completely turned off and kept us awake. But if you are not a light sleeper, I guess you are going to be fine.
