The apartment was comfortable with all necessary amenities. Instructions were clear. Convenient buses to New York. Air con was good for summer though a bit noisy.

The apartment is spacous and newly renovated. The area where it si located is perfect to visit New York, the bus stop is right in front of the building. The building is kind of old, but the appartment is in perfect conditions. Comunication with the host Claudia is clear and all the information given is clear and easy to follow, we arrive with no problem. Perfect space to stay and visit new York

We were in town celebrating my grand baby’s 5th birthday. This was a great central spot between NJ and NY. The bus stop is literally across the street! The owners left a great how to guide and tips in the apartment! The apartment was clean, beds were comfy and we absolutely enjoyed our stay! One little thing I would add for those that cook…I would ask the owners to add a pizza pan and a cookie sheet! Then I would have given a 5 plus ⭐️ review!!

We were a family of 4 adults and 1 toddler. Space and room was just nice for us and we had a smooth check-in and parking was arranged as well. All instructions were given very clearly from Claudia and we had no issues from start to finish. Property was also very clean and had a nice setup for everything, it was well thought of. There were extra blankets, sheets and towels and the sofa could also be converted to a bed. The elevator wasnt working on the first day but thank goodness it was only 4 floors up. One of the days we took the NJ transit bus back from NYC port authority terminal (time square) bus no125 and it stops one street away(literally 2 mins walk). The bus journey was about half hour with traffic, still very convenient. I would recommend this property 100%

Nicely decorated apartment. Very clean. Easy access to the bus into Manhattan. Supermarket nearby for groceries, has everything you need

The apartment was perfect for our needs. There were 5 of us and we had enough space for all. The apartment was also very clean. Perfect for a stay in New York City as the bus stop is directly in front of the building. Thank you Claudia!

Place was clean, updated, stocked and well located. Claudia communicated promptly and very thoroughly. I even got screen shots showing the building and parking area.
