Wonderful property just as listed. Everyone loved the place and there was plenty of room to hang out.

My family of 5 and I stayed in this home for a week long ski vacation. The pictures do not do the home justice--it's even more beautiful and spacious in person. The location was perfect--close to Lions head and Vail, and very close to the grocery store. The kitchen was great for cooking--we cooked breakfast and a few dinners and it is well stocked with everything one would need. It has a heated garage, which is perfect for storing ski equipment overnight, without cluttering the house. And the living room and t.v. is well suited for family movie night after long days on the slopes. The home is also well stocked with games and puzzles, which my kids enjoyed.

Very pretty home in lovely area but a few improvements could be made: House had a lot of cracked dinner plates, cups, etc... Shower curtain in quad room fell several times bc did not have correct hardware. Shower in lower queen room did not drain correctly.
House farther from lift than anticipated based on presentation on website.

The snow removal plows came daily as it snowed for three days straight (need an all wheel drive car to get up snowy hill). Only 7min from Eagle Gondola and right near a supermarket. We would definitely stay again.

We had a group of 7, 3 teens and 2 couples. Beautifully laid out and plenty of space for all of us. Very well stocked kitchen including spices and knives that actually worked!!!! (Rare at most VRBOs). Brian was quick with a small need and everything was impeccably clean. Great stay, good location, grocery at bottom of hill and 10 minutes to ski parking. Highly recommend!

Perfect 3 bedroom condo for 5 adults. It was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. We had breakfast and dinner there every day. It is up a bit of a windy road and is west of town. It's ideal for those who don't want to stay right in Vail Village. Note that there are no restaurants, shops, etc. that are in walking distance. This property requires a car. Person who slept in the room with the 4 bunk beds did mention that the mattresses were way too soft and not good for anyone with back problems. We enjoyed this property.

I want to thank the owners of the property the opportunity to share in such a great environment. It is as beautiful, clean and comfortable as the pictures, close to shopping, close to town, close to trails and other fun activities. Only suggestion, instead of an ottoman on the deck, replace with a table for outdoor dining or a gas firepit to enjoy the crisp cool Colorado nights and stargazing! would certainly return to this property.

Great stay in Vail! Perfect amount of space in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from
Lions head and Vail parking structures. Enjoyed the quaint patio and backyard and walks along the trail just down the street. Ideal for our family. Will stay again!

The house is about a10 minute drive to the Lionshead Parking Garage and there are 2 grocery stores 5 minutes away.
The neighborhood itself is very quiet. Nice!
Overall the house was well equipped and comfortable but could use some more TV's. There is only one which is in the great room.
Lastly I rated communication with the owner as a 3 because I could not submit this without an answer. The reality is we had no reason to contact him. NA should be an option for that question.

House is “as stated” and very nice. 1 car parking in garage (very small), two additional parking spaces outside; but really only 2 total parking spots if you have large vehicles. Went to ski / enjoy the valley but queen beds make sleeping / recovery a challenge. Also, no hot tub?!?
