We love Mount Falcon. The people are super, the property superb and the rooms beautiful, contemporary and clean. Spa excellent also.

To pay the rate we paid and not to have the bar service or coffees available without having to go outside to the marquee in the garden and queue up along with guests at a party is not acceptable, particularly when it was raining. Something missing this time round on food and banqueting and it could be just staff shortages. Just not hitting the mark on food and service outside of breakfast.

The property was beautiful and the dinner and breakfast were superb!

there was nothing to dislike a minor point was that as hotel guests all drinks, coffees, meals bar breakfast had to be ordered in the marquee and service could be slow

The staff were very friendly, especially Eamonn in the restaurant. He was very attentive and looked after us.

I had already paid in full via booking.com then when I checked out, they charged me again. It was only later when I was checking my finances that I realised that I had paid twice. They reimbursed me as soon as I had called them.

Breakfast was good

The staff were all superb. Anna, our waitress for our meal, was brilliant. They were the icing on the cake.

Not much to detract from a wonderful stay.

The only dining was in a tent on the lawn (albeit it a lovely marquee) there was no opportunity to dine inside the fabulous building - the reason why we chose to stay there. we literally went from our room to a tent. Did not get to fully enjoy the buildings itself. Tried to get a small lunch to tie us over for lunch and all that was available was a set menu for €35 a head. When we asked for pizza, they said we would still have to pay €35 each, so basically there is no food to be gotten on-site unless you are going to do a full set menu. Changing rooms in spa where closed so had to change in a disabled toilet. No fridge in the room, and no air conditioning. Very diss appointed over all.

The hotel bar and restaurant closed The only dinner available was outside in a cold draughty tent with live music that was extremely loud, had to cancel dinner and drive to town for a peaceful dinner, very disappointed

The dinner in the Marque was just terrible and we couldn't understand that as all the facilities were there, we thought there might be a BBQ on but the food was dire, we went to the Merry Monk the following night and the food was excellent.
