The location was good and the rooms were nice.
The staff was unhelpful and rude.

Location is close to Champs Elysees and hop on hop off bus, restaurants close to accommodation were amazing.

The location is very good
we had bad luck as the hotel was renovating the main hall and the buffet. Therefore, breakfast was served in the room, which was not prepared to be able to consume a continental breakfast.

the staff has been exceptional and dealt with challenges in a highly comforting way finding solutions quickly and to the fullest satisfaction.
the property was in construction but it didn’t impact the stay much. one of the two rooms needs more renovating. the other was great.

Breakfast was fine except no variety. Location was good to many of Paris highlights. Also many restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful.
100% of public spaces were under renovation. The website made no mention of the entire lobby area being under construction. Also wash cloths were not available except for only the 1st day. Lastly the shower design is dangerous when exiting.

Good room size, good bathroom and inter connecting rooms for our teenage children.
Our room outside the front window was a bit noisy in the early hours of the morning(delivery’s)

The location of the hotel is superb. Youn reach main points by walking. The hotel is just behind Champs-Elysees street.
Breakfast was limited choice, there were renovation work inside the hotel and this was not mentioned during reservation. First night, due to renovation work ther was truck parked out side of the building to carry excavation and it was too early to do such evacuation. Parking price is reasonal when you compare with İngo however the innee road to underground parking was too narrow that moderate drivera can easily scratch the car….

the room was not clean. the air conditioner doesn't working.

room cleaning was very efficient, it was good to go back to a clean room after a long day visiting Paris.
the bed was soft and comfortable. all the staff is understanding and kind.
water temperature was very unstable, got burned and felt freezing from time to time. one more thing, that our key cards did not work for two days in a row that we felt a little bit troublesome.
Perhaps the hotel can provide dish washer liquid so that after using the kitchenware, we can just clean everything by ourselves after cooking and eating.
