The overall experience was ok.

But I want to complain about the llitle care the satff has regarding the customers belongings. I had to leave the city at 4 pm, as the check-out time is 11 am, I left my luggage at the desk hoping, they would be avable to look out for it (they put it on a shelf, literally half a meter away from the desk), when I returned to pick-up my baggs, someone had stolen my iPad, due to the urgency of the train I had to leave and been calling the hotel regarding this issue. As it was saturday the manager was not there, neither sunday. They told me to call back Tuesday, due to bank holiday, to be able to at least check the cameras. Now they told me they only record for 48 hours and after that time the recording is gone. Now I have to contact the Police due to the incompetence of the Staff to just make sure my baggs were not messed with by someone else. And its not like they took my backpack, they opened it took the iPad out and left everything else. Meaning the Staff could have seen it clearly. They did not even check if I was the one that left the bags in the first place when I came to pick them up. Then resulting in this situation, completely unproffesional from the Staff and their ability to solve problems. CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

The best location! It takes you a 10 minutes walk to the Paising train station and just 300m from the hotel to a bus that takes you to Marienplatz

Location perfect just a tram away from munich. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved having a bar that was open till 2am. Tv hooked up to netflix so that was great.

The hotel has a very good and secured location for every person who will be travelling for business or any other purpose. The Staff are very kind and helpful, starting from the reception Ladys (many thanks to the daily Greetings and smiley faces) The cleaning Staff are all the day for rooms services and to fulfill any further needs or requests. we will stay loyal to this Hotel and will be our destination for the next Stay in Munich

It's a nice hotel at a very good location. It is close to public transport (tram and bus at 150m, metro at 900m) in a beautiful neighbourhood.

Friendly staff who allowed us to store our bags upon arrival. The place was fairly affordable for Munich too!

The room was quite outdated, but was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Staff was super nice and helpful, helped with holding onto our bags since we were way ahead of our check in. Breakfast was worth the price and very yummy. Everything exceeded expectations.

Not an issue but the tv only had two Channels in English, one (Comedy Central) would change from English to dutch every episode and not sure why. Really liked we were able to select English on it thru “options” as we watched some tv to go to sleep, but otherwise nothing to complain about.

Noisy late at night with lack of soundproofing from adjacent rooms. Bathroom was awkward as location of toilet was in the middle of the floor and not against the wall.

We booked this hotel because it was Octoberfest and the whole town was already booked ahead of us. This location is pretty far out from the center of town. I would not have chosen this hotel unless I was looking for something inexpensive, but still clean and comfortable.

The walls are very thin so when we got neighbours you could hear them turn a tap on!
