Overall, this is a great property and location. We had family members from pretty much all age groups, and everyone was happy. The access to the beach was easy, and we were able to walk to several great restaurants. The view of the ocean from the balcony was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked - there was nothing missing that we couldn’t do without. Included parking was a nice bonus. The common areas were a good space for all to be together. There is definitely some wear and tear on the furniture and beds. Several of the bed frames are held up with wood they have screwed onto the metal frame. Management is quick to respond to any issues, but it would be nice to see some more permanent solutions done in the off-season. Despite this, it was a great place for a large multi-generational family vacation.

Overall, this is a beautiful property in an amazing location. Has an unobstructed ocean view from the balcony (way better than posted photos!). Short walk (One block) to the beach was wonderful. The unit itself had everything you needed, very minor wear and tear things noted in the condo (spotty wifi, blinds loose, fridge door difficult to shut at times) but nothing that impacted us from highly enjoying the week stay. Pool is perfect and right down the hall. Safe, clean overall Ocean Break Building. Will definitely rent again if returning to OCMD!

Wonderful first impression walking into the condo! The communication process with owners is the best! The accommodations were roomy for all 12 of us and the reserved parking is so nice. The location is great with easy walking access to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants (such a bonus)! All of us loved every moment!

When we walked in we were very impressed. It was the things you did not see…the vertical blind in the front bedroom was taped, the bathroom drain was slow draining, one headboard was tied together with raffia, the queen bed downstairs the frame was sitting on a cone because the bed frame was broken and the TV it the kid’s room didn’t work. We loved the location and the people in the building were very friendly.

Loved this property and we have been renting in OC for over 40 years. Great proximity to the beach. Plenty of space for 14 of us including 2 under the age of two. Highly recommend for large groups. Great pool and parking access. Beautiful views of the ocean and bay. We will definitely rent again!

my friends and I did our annual beach trip here and it was great- very clean, the beds were comfortable- perfect house if you have a lot of people with their own bed/room.

This property was in the perfect location for four families with young children to gather for a long weekend away. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach access, the restaurants and shops on the bayside, and the mini-golf up the street. Being able to walk to all we needed was such a huge reason why we enjoyed this trip so much!

The unit was just like the pictures! The communication with the property manager was wonderful! Lovely vacation!

We just returned from a 4 night girls trip. This property was wonderful. The location was great. Only a ten minute ride to the boardwalk. It was quiet and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The views of the sunrise every day were amazing. The condo is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. Our only negative experience was an awful fish odor from the refrigerator. Other than that, it was truly a wonderful experience.

The master bedroom is as big as an apartment! The other bedrooms were medium to small sized but worked great for what we needed. Everything was updated and while the beds are squeaky (Boxspring I think) they were fairly comfortable. So many balconies you could sit on one per day! We did have issues with the dishwasher cleaning and a pan being in bad shape, but the manager responded promptly to my email and assured me they would address these smaller issues! The TVs were huge as well, a lot of sitting areas but the only true negative is no light for reading. There are no table lamps in the upper level main area (only overhead in kitchen and dining area) and only one in lower sitting area. I think a few more of them would make the place perfect

Had a nice weekend with friends. Went for bike week. Condo has a great layout with a beautiful view of the sunrise from the balcony. Parking was perfect as well. Thank you!!

Overall a great unit.. I think there are some biting insects on the upper level couches. We would stay here again!

Great location and nice unit. Loved the check in process and not having to deal with room keys. Great furnishings, good internet and nice views. Highly recommend.

Close to the beach - 1 block away. Large unit - I am picky and hypercritical: this is a duplex with 2 bedrooms as well as the living room dining room and kitchen on the main floor and only one bathroom on this floor. Three bedrooms on the lower floor with 2 bathrooms seems appropriate. There is no place to store your beach junk - so it goes in your car and gets your car sandy. Traffic in OC is much better than Rehoboth, Dewey or Bethany; however, the beach was weird - in that there was a steep slope from the close to the level portion to the ocean itself. In Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany there is a gentle slope. The reason I bring this up walking or running along the beach not a good idea as your hips and legs are at an angle. My guess is they filled the beach at OC and next year it will be "normal". We love walking and running along the ocean and for us perhaps we will look elsewhere - certainly this is not a fault of the unit.

The rental was dirty under the couches and the floor needed wiped up. Our feet and socks were black. It is a beautiful place otherwise.

This unit met all our needs. With 6 adults and 3 children ages 3, 2, and1, we all had separate bedrooms , bathrooms and plenty of living space that included 2 living spaces and a private sitting area for the primary bedroom. Ocean view was great with just a short walk to the beach. Would recommend!

This is a nice condo to stay in. It's close to the beach, beautiful view and plenty of room for 13 people. Hopefully go back next year.

I have never used Vrbo to stay out of town but this was a great first experience. The management communication exceeded expectation and the property listing was spot on. Plan to book this again next year!

This house was beautiful and perfect for our group. The balcony looked right out into the ocean which was amazing for sunrise and sunset! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Although a short 15 min ride to the boardwalk it actually worked in our favor as there was a pop up event the weekend we were there and a TON of Cops. Luckily we did not have to listen to all the sirens all night as we were far enough away from most of the action.

I sent pictures of things needing repair. The stairs carpet was filthy. I know it was the end of the season but the cleaning company should report those things.

The property was all that we thought it might be and more. The location was not near the boardwalk but that in our thoughts was a plus. How about a gym a block away for the teen boys and yoga on the beach. I highly recommend this property

This property really is just as gorgeous as it looks in the photos. Everything about the listing was just as described. Extremely comfortable and clean. Well stocked kitchen. One block to the beach. We loved it!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at how nice this place was! The pictures don't quite do it justice. It appears as though a bathroom or two have been recently renovated and the photos did not depict that. The place had A LOT of space and places to go. We had 10-11 people staying here and it never felt crowded. The balcony views were just incredible and we watched the sunset every night. We would absolutely stay here again. A few items to note: the beds are a bit creaky, the dryer does not quite dry as well as we'd hoped, and we saw a few ants in our closets. Also, the cleanliness of the balconies and sliding glass doors could be improved. Overall I am incredibly particular with cleanliness and this place was a breath of fresh air. We had an incredible time and can't wait to come back!

We stayed at this property for 4 days in June 2021. The unit was beautifully renovated. There were plenty of beds and extra blankets. The location is quiet, with an ocean view from almost every room. The property manager came on site to fix a TV and was very kind and personable. The pool area has a great view and plenty of space to spread out. Very happy with out stay and would love to stay again in the future!

Place was perfect for our golf trip, had a great time.
