We had such a great weekend in this absolutely gorgeous home!

This is my second visit to this home. The home was absolutely lovely, perfect in every detail, and the owners very responsive to questions. Would highly recommend and stay again.

We had the most amazing week at this house! The property is incredible! We were in the area for a horse show at the Chemung County Fairgrounds. The owners were great to work with - they are very helpful! The house was perfect for parents staying with teenagers. We had plenty of space in the bedrooms. Each bathroom was fantastic. We had different schedules/ times we were leaving, but the house was quiet for those who were trying to sleep. The bedroom/ bathroom layout accomodated us well! Each room feels very private. The kitchen had everything we needed to pack lunches and prepare dinners. We spent evenings relaxing on the porches. We hope to return next year!

Wonderful time in Elmira. House is beautiful with many amenities. We loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The screened back porch was lovely.

All I can say is Wow! What a fantastic property. Beautiful, spacious Victorian home that has been totally updated. Every bedroom has its own private bath, something rarely seen in an older home. The home was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area. I highly recommend it.

This house was so nice and very well maintained on the interior had everything we needed. The host is wonderful with communication and we really enjoyed our stay. The AC works great and we had zero problems with anything. Loved the dual heads in main bathroom shower, Great large home for all of out of town family to gather in one place.

Five of us friends found this property to be perfect! Having five full bathrooms was a major plus. Things like bottled water, kitchen staples, and soft, fluffy towels set this place apart from other properties. We particularly enjoyed the big front porch and screened back porch, both with ceiling fans. We all said we were delighted with this property and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

This is a wonderfully remodeled Victorian house. Modern amenities coupled with beautiful antiques and reproductions. Private bathrooms for each bedroom. Front and back porches are perfect for evening sitting. Neighbors can be a bit noisy, but not awful.

It was perfect for the location. It was close to Wine country and Elmira college. It was very clean and updated. Amazing to have full baths for each bedroom. Kitchen handled having 15 people in it.

This was the perfect home located a reasonable distance from Cornell University that enabled us to gather as a family and celebrate our daughter’s graduation. The home was spacious, warm and inviting and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and right at home for the weekend. Stellar classy property

We had 8 people stay here for a wedding. We had a party/rehearsal dinner here. The house is perfect for a large group, in a great location. We'll be back.

Very welcoming and beautiful home. Fully stocked with all of your needs to relax with your family. Close enough where we could enjoy the lake wineries during the day and the home in the evening. Looking forward to going back.

My family and I stayed for two nights in July to attend a memorial service, and since most of us are out of state we booked sight unseen. We could not have been more pleased with our experience. The pictures don't lie; this place has historic charm and modern conveniences (5 bathrooms! Amazing kitchen!), and a wonderful back porch and yard to boot. Check in was easy, and the hosts were incredibly responsive as questions came up. I will be very eager to stay here again if I'm in the area, and to recommend it to family and friends.

Beautiful house, extremely well appointed. Two minor drawbacks, the driveway is tight to get in and out of and don’t expect the neighbors to comply with the owners request to be quiet after 10pm. We chose to run the a/c units at night to help with the middle of the night domestic quarrel that was going on, it worked! We would definitely stay here again, we would plan to spend more time at the house, it was that lovely!

Of course we drew the sitting room doors shut, removed electronic presence, lit the candles, and read out loud A. Conan Doyle "The Adventures of Charles Augustus Milverton". Now that the most important part is out of the way, the house is in your face awesome...you just can't win, because the house always wins. The neighborhood is quaint with a sliver of reality that everyone is at different places. So bring your curiosity and humility and simply REST. Have a great life.

This property was perfect for a family gathering for a graduation from college celebration. Spacious, clean and has modern kitchen amenities. Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. Everything was the best!

The was probably the best rental we have ever been In. The Victorian house was totally remodeled, 4 large upstairs bedrooms with great bathrooms, great kitchen with large island. Very quiet street. Beautifully furnished. It was perfect for us.

We booked 2 nights for memorial weekend & We had great family time. Even though weather was not that great, we enjoyed staying indoors well. It felt like our own home to all of us. I highly recommend tia place fpr friends and family.

We had such an amazing stay at "Judy's house"! The house really was magnificent, we had a group of 6 girls and the house still felt huge! My favorite room is the kitchen because it was so open and inviting! After a long day of hiking we'd all just gather around the kitchen island and chat while cooking dinner! The owners really thought of everything and had many amenities for us to use in the house including water, teas and coffee! Truly a great find!

We stayed here in mid-October. The house is beautiful and was big enough for my big family (me, my wife, our five kids). The house is a beautiful old house, but has every modern amenity - great wifi, cable tv, sufficient outlets, and a modern kitchen with many modern appliances. The house is located in an historic neighborhood of Elmira, full of many old homes. We relaxed on the front porch, enjoyed the enclosed rear porch, used the BBQ grill, and just generally had a wonderful time. The area is great. We explored Elmira and also further afield - Corning, Ithaca, and Letchworth State Park (a bit further afield). The house is two blocks from a 7-11, five minutes from a nice Wegmans, and 15 minutes from Walmart if you forgot anything. We ate some delicious Chinese food in Elmira and bought beautiful flowers from a local florist. We loved the area and can't wait to come back.

this home other then its modern style for our time..is like stepping back in time..its beautiful..we wondered so many times about prior residents that resided there for all the years before us..we really wished we could have seen previous pictures of owners and house in years before..every detail in home is beautiful..home is very homey and clean....kevin and eileen have done an amazing job with this home..but to hear the stories would have been amazing..we went out to see our sister which we haven't seen in 10 years..and the owners accommodated all we asked for..if you are ever in this area and want a beautiful stately home to stay in..i urge you to stay here...shelley and family.

Restored home was very well done, modern kitchen and bathrooms. Historic living room and dining room. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans if you want to cook. Our stay was very comfortable and easy. We would highly reccommend.

We went with friends, altogether having 4 adults and 4 kids under 8 and the house was fantastic. I really can't say enough good things. It was spotless (they even cleaned the grill!), organized and filled with everyone you may need and Eileen and Kevin were always available via text. The location is great, Wegman's 5 min away and all the attractions within 1h drive at most (and some significantly closer). We would love to have the opportunity to return.

The property was best in class. Right from the booking, communication with the owners to checkin - everything was perfect! The house was v clean and I would definitely recommend to consider this for an awesome getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Elmira visiting family. This is a very large beautiful Victorian home. It is accurately pictured, well maintained and extremely clean. The owner was professional and was very quick to respond. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

My wife and I and 3 other couples stayed for 3 nights and loved this place. Each bedroom had its own full bath along with an additional full bath downstairs. Kitchen is fully stocked. Beautifully renvated to historical condition yet with all of the modern conveniences. Great stay.
