Location is nice, just 10' from the town, super to visit Valence. The room is big, the bathroom comfy and clean, air con perfect; Nice breakfast too.

Parking is fine but cannot make any reservation so it's a bit tricky to find a spot…not very handy either…

I booked a duplex room and noticed on the hotel’s website that some of these came with a microwave/fridge/hob. I enquired if I could have one of these rooms and was given one. Having a fridge was so helpful. Room was well equipped and we had air conditioning.

There was a bit of a funky smell on entering the room but after about 20 seconds you could no longer notice it.

The Old Town is a delight and only a few minutes walk away from the Hotel. Interesting shops and bars and some excellent eateries! Parking at the hotel was secure and free but very limited. Excellent breakfast with many choices.

The immediate area around the hotel and the roads leading into it were a little run down. This rather depressed our expectations of the hotel itself though once inside it was very good.

Room in general, specious, comfy bed, no noise! Easy access from the highway.

No parking available - had to park away from the hotel after having been on the road for many hours, very tiring and disappointing! Breakfast was a bit chaotic (buffet too small, not well organized) spoons missing to properly pick food. We were informed that the water in the minibar was complementary but then emailed to return to the hotel after departure to return it. 😀 Not very professional nor customer friendly. Especially considering the room rate for a stay of less than 24 hrs.

absolutely nothing! (even if my Italian side wasn’t super satisfied with the breakfast coffee, but as I said, for this I’m super exigent)

Perfect pit stop on a long ride. Very rich breakfast, big and comfortable rooms, easy parking, 24h reception, everything was taken care of in a professional fashion. This hotel exceeded our expectation and is a definite recommendation for passing by travelers. We forgot some items in the rooms and they even called and organized everything about the return for us. Thank you!

Finally a well-defined room with excellent finishes, and really clean and comfortable (room 306) with no noise from the road at all (it looks into the car park). The city is relatively unappealing, and the hotel is a welcome safe haven with good secure parking.

I don't know if this is a daily occurrence, but there are some bins outside the window that someone decided to trundle several times at 6.30am in the morning. Please wait at least another hour before making so much noise.

This is our second stay at this pleasant hotel a very quiet location a short walk from the shops and restaurants of Valence. Parking directly behind the hotel is secure and convenient, the staff are welcoming and the rooms are very comfortable with tea, coffee and water in a fridge. Breakfast is simple, tasty, and well organised in a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. We will stay here again.

the beds and pillows were very unconfortable and the sheets were very rough ,nothing from the breakfast was home made ? I was very disappointed ,one postive thing it was very clean

A very pleasant hotel with central location. Spacious room with a comfortable bed and cozy linnen. Great shower. Amazing staff - professional and very friendly receptionists as well as the young lady responsible for breakfast. All in all - a very pleasant and cozy 1 night stay!

Very nice hotel not far from Gare Central and very close to the center of Valence. Secure bicycle storage in a locked hut. Very nice breakfast. Very helpful staff. Nice facility.

several wifi hickups in one evening and morning we stayed here. not in a very good neighborhood, we would not walk here in the dark.
