We stayed here for a girls trip to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. The house was perfect for our group- PLENTY of room for 4 of us. The house was well appointed and we didn't have a need for anything. Check-in and check-out was easy. Since the girls dressed up with cute (and uncomfortable) shoes we ended up taking an Uber most of the time we went out. Thanks for helping us make wonderful memories!

The house was lovely, and it was so nice to have THREE bathrooms with a group of women! It was so convenient - a short walk to the main street where there was shopping and dining galore! We had a great week in the house, which provided a wonderful base for exploring the Fredericksburg area!

This was our 2nd stay at Heidi’s lovely home in Fredericksburg and we plan to return in the future! We highly recommend this fun, comfortable, and unique home which is located in a quiet, relaxing, safe, and beautiful neighborhood. Heidi’s Haus is everything you need for a great time in Fredricksburg. Quiet neighborhood that is great for walking, beautiful backyard, comfortable home where everyone can spread out and enjoy themselves. We loved our time together and would not hesitate to stay again.

The house is well situated close to downtown and is very well equipped and comfortable. Strongly recommended to families and parties of 6 as there are 3 baths and comfy beds.

We enjoyed this very cozy and clean cottage for our girl's trip. Great patio and table for visiting, eating and having coffee. All coffee supplies provided. Communication great with host. Mamacita's is great for take out. Excellent pizza at West End, excellent lunch at Woerner's Warehouse. GREAT time at the Wild Seed farm. Nightlife fun was had at the Velvet Lounge for karoke. Hope to come again!

A quick weekend to Fredericksburg to celebrate a 70th Birthday! The home is spread out with plenty of elbow room! 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds and no adjacent bathroom. So, not ideal for a couple who prefer to sleep in the same bed. The home is 3 blocks from one end of Main Street. Not a bad location but if you have any issues with walking, you would want to drive downtown. Overall the home offers everything you need!

The property is much larger than I imagined. The rooms and bathrooms were well appointed. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, so very little if any traffic. Very close to downtown. One thing of note, the house has a step down into the large added on room with TV and large dining area. And then a step up for the added on master suite. That won't matter for most people, but since we had one member in our party who was older, and somewhat mobility impaired, we could have planned a little differently. Overall, would stay there again and would highly recommend.

Beautifully decorated home with plenty of room for up to 6 people. The three bathrooms made it especially convenient and comfortable. The kitchen had more than we needed. This will be our 1st choice when our family visits again.

Very comfortable, close to Main Street, shopping, and dining. Loved the patio for morning coffee and evening glass of wine. Fire pit area good during cool evenings. Beds comfortable and 3 beds/3 bath is perfect.

The house was wonderful, we had 5 adults so the three bedrooms and baths worked perfectly. LOVED the backyard lounging areas, we were able to sit outback and experience the eclipse (10/14/23), the attention to detail on the accommodations was excellent. Heidi was available for any questions and gave detailed instructions prior to the stay and notes throughout the home. We look forward to staying the next time we visit Fredricksburg.

Looked like the pictures. Very clean! Could not access Roku TV for live tv such as MLB and College Football games, but owner did try to get it working. Mattress in queen bedroom was very hard, but I’m used to pillow top or memory foam. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee supplies and some snacks. Bathrooms had plenty of tp and kleenex for the entire stay!

The location of the house was perfect. Quiet area and close to Main Street. The house was very charming and clean. Plenty of room for four people to share and have their own space. 3 bathrooms which was great for 4 women. Kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Back porch area was great for visiting and was private. The Hist was amazing and was very quick to reply to any messages. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked this trip and VRBO as a girls weekend and for my early 30th birthday celebration.
The house was everything it showed to be and more, it was actually a much larger house than what i was expecting! Holly was soooo accommodating. She coordinated secretly with my friends and let them check in extra early to surprise me so they could decorate the house and have it all set up for me when i got there at scheduled check in time.
10/10 reccomend and when we come back we will definitely stay again!!!
