Piscina, prato e siepi molto curati, ambiente accogliente, tranquillo, proprietario disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo sbarcato delle ore prima del check-in e nonostante ciò, ci ha fatto posare le valigie permettendoci di poterci fare un giro in paese liberi da bagagli. Al momento del check-out avremmo dovuto portarci i bagagli per molte ore avendo l’imbarco molto più tardi, ma il proprietario ci è venuto incontro concedendoci di tenere la chiave per custodire le valigie e poterci muovere comodamente fino all’ora dell’imbarco, cosa molto apprezzata da me e il mio ragazzo.

Tutti quei piccoli lati negativi potrebbero anche essere stati comprensibili e sorvolabili, però al momento in cui dovevamo pagare la tassa di soggiorno, a sorpresa, il proprietario ci ha informato che la tassa non era più 1,50€ al giorno a persona come scritto su Booking, dicendo che dovessero ancora aggiornarlo, ma era a 2€, e per fortuna non eravamo a soldi contati. In più abbiamo chiesto l’aria condizionata il quarto giorno, e il proprietario, si spera per sbadatezza, ci ha addebitato 20€ in più contando l’intero soggiorno. Dopo averglielo fatto notare ce li restituiti dicendo che l’aria condizionata l’aveva segnata, ma non dal giorno in cui è stata richiesta.

La gentilezza e disponibilità del gestore, la tranquillità e la pace del posto, immerso nella natura. Posizione tranquilla non in centro ma non distante.

Nulla, consigliabile rinnovare giusto gli angoli cottura degli alloggi, un po’ datati

Excellent facility especially with kids. Very quiet and convenient for local restaurants and cafes. The shop is also close by. We planned to visit many beaches of Sardegna and the location was excellent. Local beach is a 4 min drive, other beautiful beaches 10 to 20 min. Very pleased with this experience.

Restaurant was closed at the hotel, which would have been super if it was open. But it didn't affect our stay at the end.

A man who was working in reception was very kind and helpful.

Everything. We stayed in a studio with our 2 year old and loved everything about our stay. Pool area is fantastic, really lovely family and other people staying around. Our daughter made some lovely friends and it was a truly special holiday. Don’t hesitate to book. Location perfect to all beaches and super close to San Teodoro town by car. Lots of shops around too.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very quiet and peaceful, amazing view of the pool, cute little kitchen, and always clean. The pool was fresh water and very refreshing.

Can't think of anything we needed that we didn't have.

The apartment and the pool were very nice. The man at the reception was kind, calm and helpful.

The gas detector in our apartment had a bright green light facing the direction of our bed which was slightly annoying. We fixed the issue by putting a backpack in front of it at nighttime.

No frills place but rooms and kitchen had everything we needed even a cafetier so we had our own coffees on the little terrace every morning. Pool was so nice that too. It was great value for money and I would highly recommend this place.

Restaurant wasn't open, but loads of places nearby for food. The WiFi was terrible
