Fabulous location easy walking distance to La Cinta beach. Delightful welcome at reception very friendly and helpful. Perfect location to white sandy beaches and blue seas, having a car was useful to find and explore "Little Tahiti" beach and others. Breakfast was good sat outside to enjoy the early morning sunshine. Nearest restaurant just across the street for evening meals. Easy driving distance to Olbia Airport.

A beautifully furnished and well-kept hotel. The room was very clean and fresh. The small balcony was essential for drying our beach things each day. The location of the beach is incredibly close, and it is a wonderful beach that spans nearly 2km, so you can always find somewhere to set up for the day away from the crowds at the start of the beach.

The number 1 thing is the doors! Every room door automatically closes (good for safety) but each door SLAMS shut. So from 8am to 10am your brain shakes every time someone leaves their room unless you are an early bird. And it's obviously not how you want to spend each morning when on vacation. This was by far the biggest negative. The only other thing to mention is the hotel staff, who were very cold and completely disinterested in engaging at every opportunity. Apart from the receptionist from the night shift who was lovely.

could be cleaner in the rooms. if you want to get to a restaurant, there is far to walk, unless you eat at the one next door.

Having been to San Teodoro many times, we have never stayed in the same hotel twice. That will now change. Location is about 30 metres from the beach, the bar serves good drinks that are reasonably priced, they do a great job of cleaning the rooms. By far the best thing though is the staff all of them were great and it is the reason we will come back here next time. Sara & Cristian in particular were brilliant!

It’s location, style

No tea/coffee facilities in room. Tiny balcony with solid wall that was too high to look over. Not the best choice of food for breakfast and it was poor quality food.

the location is perfect. 2 min from cinta beach and 12 minutes to center very clean and the rooms are modern and very nice

some staff were not so friendly. the air con in our room didn’t work on several occasions and despite letting reception know, they didn’t do much to help. Was difficult to sleep in the room on a couple of nights due to the air con not working. Breakfast was only ok - too many sweet things, like dessert items and not enough savoury choices.

Hotel was nice looking, everything was clean and breakfast was good. Nice beach although it was very full. We went to another beach (Lu Impostu beach) and it was so beautifull!!

Maybe own restaurant would be nice, because it was forbidden to eat anything at the room. Travelling with kids this is not very ideal situation.

Warm welcome, comfy beds, great location especially if you want to stay at the beach most of the time.

Check-out is at 10:00. It would have been less stressful if check out was at 12:00 or 13:00. Though were allowed to check out at 11:00.
