Large enough for 2-3 families. Convenient, easy to get affordable Uber ride into town. Beautiful area next to river. Hike trail. Husband couldn't resist fishing but also lovely enough to just sit in folding chair and chill by the river. Many household conveniences included: pots/pans, laundry detergent, towels, dish soap, trash bags, etc.. Pretty clean (dishwasher bottom had debris and broken glass, coffee pot had used filter sitting in it). Curtain in our bedroom too small for window which limited light block/privacy. Kids enjoyed community indoor pool (go early, gets crowded as day goes on). Heads up-No RVs allowed into the community. The area's school spring break is in March. We went during week of our spring break in April and many area attractions closed weekdays so check schedule before heading out.

Wow! We come to Branson quite often and this place is by far our favorite place to stay now. Definitely the cleanest place we've ever stayed! Everything so nice - even down to the softest sheets. The mattresses were incredible. Towels were thick and heavy. Even had tennis rackets and fishing poles provided. The Christmas decorations added a special warmth. And communication with the owner was quick and helpful. We loved it!!

This condo was the perfect location to all the things to do and see in Branson! It was a great size for our three families with kids. It had all the amenities we could need including a pack n play and high chair. So convenient! The only complaint was the bedding in the master wasn’t clean upon our arrival and neither was the bathroom upstairs so we had to do some laundry and cleaning when we got there.

The property fit out family perfectly and it was well maintained. It had plenty of space for us all to be comfortable. It is close to many attractions. We will definately be back.

The property is great, and in a great location. Our only issue was that the keylock hadn't been set to open for us when we checked in, but when we called the owners got it fixed within minutes. We would stay here again.

Nice and roomy for the 11 of us, plenty of convenient parking for the 3 cars. Provided needed kitchen and bathroom essentials. We enjoyed the nice pool and it was close to this condo. Homey, nicely decorated for a Christmas feel. Only recommendation would be better lighting over the dining room table for playing games, eating. Very nice, we had a great time, would definitely recommend this place. We felt the price was definitely fair. Thanks

Our family stayed at this property for 3 nights over Thanksgiving 2022. With the $/night premium we paid for these nights, due to the holiday demand, I was less than impressed, to say the least, especially with the cleanliness. There was hair on one of the bathroom floors, but the worst were the non-laundered sheets on our bed which included pubic hair. Over the course of our stay, we encountered several other issues as well, most not as egregious, but still annoying based on the price we were paying. These included: bedroom bi-fold door not attached, bedroom door that wouldn't latch, dirty facial tissues under one bed, outlets not working in all the bathrooms, a toilet that barely flushed, a bathroom door latch that needed tape put on it so it wouldn't lock someone in/out, a bathroom sink that didn't flow properly (spraying water everywhere), a kitchen sink spray attachment that wasn't secured to the sink, and we ran out of toilet paper. After conveying some of these issues to the owners, they offered to have a cleaning crew come out. I was there to enjoy a vacation, not to accommodate a cleaning crew that didn't do their job originally, so I declined, we washed our sheets and moved on. One of the reasons we chose this location was the access to an indoor pool, for our kids. The pool had so many chemicals we were coughing and left after 20 minutes, never to return. After our stay, I informed the owner of all the other things that we encountered and they said since we waited too long for us to tell them and that some of these things weren't a big deal to them, so, they were not going to refund any portion of our stay. But, they were thankful that I gave them a list of things to fix. So, if they are worth fixing, aren't they a big enough deal to compensate those that had rented when they weren't fixed? We paid 150% more than what this property usually rents for and were still treated this way. I will never stay at this property again and will never recommend anyone else does either.

The condo was very spacious. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. Great views! We would stay here again

Location of this property is perfect. We enjoyed the river and play ground each day. Close to a lot of fun stuff for families. If you’re traveling with little ones, be mindful that you are in an upper level condo. The guests below us were disturbed by the smallest bit of movement during quiet hours. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

We were very pleased with the room the property has. Definitely needs a good cleaning. Tubs, carpets lots of cob webs. The location to Silver Dollar City was convenient. Everything worked.

Located within easy distance of everything. Nice property. Upstairs had creaky floors. Playground for the kids and the pool were great amenities.

This property worked great for our family. Plenty of room to spread out. A very important part for me was the very comfortable mattress in the master bedroom, it was the best we’ve had in all the VRBOs we’ve stayed. Also they had fans in all the rooms which we loved, made it very comfortable to sleep. The balcony was a great place to hang out together. A very convenient location as well.

Our group had 4 adults and 7 kids, and there was plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed eating several meals there, and everyone had a bed/pull-out to sleep on. Really enjoyed ourselves!! The pool and tennis courts were nearby and fun to use too!

Comfy. Great layout for families. Plenty of silverware and dishes. Cookware looked new. I'm so done with places that have rusty, beat-up old pots and pans that are not even fit for a garage sale. Good location for everything that Branson has to offer. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent property! Well-managed, cared for, and clean. Only issue was remodeling of outside pool and hot tub for the resort. We were really looking forward to sitting in the hot tub after running around Branson.

We loved the location of this condo. It is in a gated (guard on site at all times) community with condos, houses and a great golf course. This condo is just a short walk to a beautiful river. The condo was super clean with plenty of room for our family. The two upstairs bedrooms and sitting area was perfect for our two adult children. They had their own space away from the parents. The master bedroom is very spacious with a large bathroom and its own access to the balcony. The kitchen had LOTS of dishes and cookware. We were far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area but close enough to drive to any activity we wanted. Thanks for a great vacation!
